Civic Center Campus

This park is really got a good feel. Ponds and grass and trees let the ducks be themselves, the library is here,the wellness center and police station anchor the campus. A very nice place to meditate.

Last night I attended the unveiling of the Gold Star Family Memorial and the second anniversary vigil for Corporal Hunter Lopez. The La Quinta civic center park was aglow with the light from countless Light-sabers honoring this hero. He will be remembered along with SSgt. James Perez as men who put duty before themselves, true heroes in every sense of the word.

Come here all the time to have picnics with family . I like it more than a park because it's not as noisy and your able to really enjoy nature , there are ducks and turtles in the pond . Many people come here to do photo shoots because of how beautiful the scenery really is . Great open grass for dogs and kids ! They have a beautiful gazebo they rent out for wedding or any event you have you must first ask permission through the parks works so that they can come clean and make it pretty for the picture as well as reserving it for you . I come here to take photos of wedding and family 100% recommended this park for a date, picnic , wedding , 15ñera and more ! To top it off it has a beautiful water feature that shoots water 12 feet in the sky !! Stunning park !

What a beautiful spot! As a resident of La Quinta, I am in walking distance of the Library and I've become a member of the Wellness Center next to it. The Civic Center Campus in La Quinta is situated on a lake with a gorgeous park surrounding it. Fantastic views of the oldest Mountain Range in California , the Santa Rosa are directly behind and I've been there to watch many splendid sunsets! Life is beautiful.

This is one of the best library civic centers I have ever been to. It's clean. Beautiful and has some great artwork. There some ducks and turtles that hang out. The walking path is nice and people walk their dogs. I was very impressed. If I lived here it would be a great place to picnic. I'm jealous.

This park is so peaceful, a gorgeous little lagoon filled with Koi fish. A perfect place to take pictures, spend time with family, walk your dogs, or just enjoy the scenery.

My boys love feeding the ducks and fish..there is alot of shade even on the hottest of days

I love this park, it's a great place to run, or take the kids to ride bikes since playgrounds are a no go zone during Covid. Safe, always a police presence due to its location so I don't worry so much about baby snatchers we see online these days. Beautiful views and can walk multiple loops around the park in different directions to avoid feeling like you're walking the same place over and over.

This is a great place to walk, and walk your dog. Lovely pond with large fountain. There are ducks, large koi fish and turtles. You can sit on the bench by the water and read it whatever. Very calming.
