I recently had the pleasure of working with Shook home group in my quest to find the perfect home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their services. From the initial consultation to the closing of the deal, they exhibited a level of professionalism and dedication that exceeded my expectations.

The Shook Home Group is an AMAZING team! I’d give them more stars if I could. Two of my very close friends had the pleasure of working with Kris and Heather in the past and recommended I contact them when I decided to sell my home. I met with Heather to discuss the process, and after our first meeting I decided that I did not need to interview any other brokers. Heather had a way of explaining things that was very easy to understand, and she kept it real. I had a certain price point in my head that I was hoping to get for my home. She showed me that the comps in the area weren’t quite that high and recommended a lower asking price to gain more interest in my home. Since they’re the professionals, I went with their suggestion. They have a great marketing plan! I was in awe of the way their efforts put my home in front of so many eyes. After my listing went live, my phone was blowing up with requests to show my home. After two days on the market I had an above asking offer, and by the end of the open house weekend I had received multiple over asking price offers. At the end of the reviewing date, I had accepted an offer $25,000 above listing price! The Shook Home Group is more than just brokers. Annie and Howie (Admin & Transaction Coordinator) were instrumental on making sure that the road to closing was smooth. There was constant contact from them as documents were gathered and shared, and photos were taken. The 3D tour thing they got going on… is SUPER COOL! I don’t think that the sale of my home could have gone more smoothly. With the right broker, team, and tools, they were able to get my home from listed to check in hand in 30 days!

It was great working with the Shook Home Group from start to finish. Kris Shook did an amazing job with us from the start, taking at least twice as much time as other realtors during the interview to explain the sale process and answer our questions. He was extremely responsive throughout, quickly answering all our text messages, calls, and emails, as well as checking in on us at least weekly to see how things were going and if we needed anything. Heather and the rest of the Shook team ensured the photos and video were very well done and helped our home stand out above the rest with over 1000 views and more than 60 saves on Zillow in the four days it was on the market! His team worked around our schedule to ensure selling our home would fit into our busy life with two kids and work. Kris has a long and extensive background in various aspects of the real estate industry, which really paid off when we decided on our list price and during final negotiation. We ended up with four offers on our home and accepted an above asking price offer with great terms! Thank you so much to the Shook Group! We would absolutely recommend them to future homeowners looking to sell.

I cannot say enough positive about Spencer and Kris. They have been amazing during this process. The market here in University Place, WA is difficult to get into if you are just an average Joe like me. But they truly do care about their clients and put the work in for you. Amazing Communication always keeping us in the loop with listing and such. Shook Home group is really on your side and even though we havent found a house yet, my family couldnt have asked for a better group of professionals. Thank you.

They found us a home! I would highly recommend Shook Home Group to potential buyers and Veterans. By far the most professional and dedicated experts out there in the market. They worked with us consistently and never gave up on us in this hot market we have here in Pierce County, WA. As a result, I am writing this review in my dream home in Dupont equipped with a man cave. Kris and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. And the communication between his team and clients was great. I used a different realtor to sell my house in Olympia and regretted not using Shook Home group to do it, cause I know I lost money on the deal. In closing, I am 110% a real customer of Shook Home group, a veteran, and also a home owner thanks you them. Use Kris and his team and ya cant go wrong. They ll keep fighting for ya until the end. I don’t know if I can say enough positive stuff about this team so I’ll keep my review to two important topics for me. The first being the strategy employed to sell our house and the recommendations to make it ready. All of the strategy and recommendations were explained to us with the reasons why. They were all based off the current state of the market and ensured that we got top dollar while not wasting effort on things that would bring in no value in today’s market.
The second is the service. This was exceptional and well worth it. Communications with us were spot on and we always knew what was happening. I truly felt like I was their most important client that they have ever worked with and I am positive all of their clients feel the same way.
We have already recommended them to others and I will continue to do so.

Kaylee Is the reason we got our new home. Her personal dedication, patience and follow up is what really made it happen.

With our unconventional set of circumstances, A narrow field of options to fit our needs, opposite work schedules, life, Covid and being a perpetual procrastinator. It was truly her regular follow up and check ins with me that got the ball rolling.

In the end we got a new construction home, in our childhood neighborhood, (for the third generation) and a perfect fit to our needs. We are almost finished with the shop out back. I'll send you some photos when it is complete!
