Zumiez

This particular location is smaller compared to other Zumiez that I've been to, but out of all of my experiences, this one is no doubt my favorite. The associates here are so helpful! If you have any questions on product availability, they got you! They're willing to go and check if they have additional sizes available and they're more than happy to help you place an online order for items you can't currently find in their stock! Shelves and racks are well stocked and organized, prices are listed clearly on all the items. I was looking at boards for fun and someone came right over to help me out and recommend a beginner board for me! Prices are a little steep, but the quality of the apparel and cool anime crossover merch will keep me coming back.

Bought my Son a new deck, grip, trucks, wheels, and bearings. They had the board together in 20 minutes. Threw the employee a $20 bill and he didn't want to take it. Made him take it and we were on our way. Excellent selection of skateboard parts and great knowledge.

Staff was extremely helpful, ordered the shirt I wanted and had it shipped to me.

I went in looking for what I want and a female employee seen I was looking at bucket hats and she straight away knew how to help me look for what I want, unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but she helped me order it online and sent to my address all in-store. Thanks to the woman with the lurking class tattoo, much appreciated.

Greeted at the door with a friendly smile goes along way. Great customer service our cashier really went out her way for us this morning and i highly appreciate it. Thank you.

Awesome employee in the back helped me with the skateboards and recommended diy's for putting a deck on the wall. Will be coming again.

The store at the Galleria At Tyler is nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The clothes I purchased were a bit pricey but the quality is good.
