That’s the first time I’ve ever had fun at the dentist! Smiles was very patient with me and I’m a stinker! Answered my questions. I asked a lot of questions! They helped me avoid extra drugs and a procedure that would have been quite costly.

I have been coming here for a couple of years already, everyone is always nice, they explain everything making sure you understand what they’re doing. Anna was amazing.

I had to have my wisdom teeth out and everyone was so kind. At my first visit, Dr Laurente was very good with telling me all my options and everything that would need to be done. The gentleman at the front desk (Regrettably I didn't catch him name) was very helpful in showing me the breakdown of the cost, and payment plan options. Then on the day of my surgery, there was some confusion about my insurance. Megan at the front desk went above and beyond, calling the insurance company and trying to get it all sorted out for me. Everyone was professional and friendly and even though I was really nervous I felt like I was in good hands.

I had to have oral surgery for the first time. Everyone was very nice and very gentle with me. They made me feel safe and secure because they want to make sure that everything was done correctly and I really appreciate that. The best part of all is I hardly had any pain after.

Dr Kang and staff are amazing. Gentle and explain everything thoroughly. They have nice equipment and their office is extremely clean. Everybody is very kind and welcoming.

Brianna 2.0 is one of the best hygienist that I have every had! The office and Doctors are fantastic!

The entire team is absolutely fantastic! From check in to check out I can genuinely say this was a very pleasant experience. The reception staff was kind and attentive, the dental assistant was friendly and professional and lets not forget Dr.Soleimani. He is AWESOME. He went over my exam in detail, worked efficiently and was very clear and flexible with treatment options. I will absolutely be staying with this office. 10/10.

I'm very impressed with the whole team I met here. My appointment was very easy to make as I did it online and was able to receive prompt care the same week. I went in with an aching older root canal i got done somewhere else and Dr. Soleimani and his assistant were able to diagnose my problems and give me a crown the very same day. I have dental anxiety and they both went above and beyond comforting me, explaining everything to me and making sure I felt safe in their hands. They were willing to work with me and gave me such an affordable price too. My new crown feels amazing, no soreness, and looks beautiful!

I had such a pleasant experience here. I am new to the area and needed to find a new dentist. Like most people, I am not one who routinely goes to the dentist because of my anxiety. However, I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had. The staff made it effortless for me to schedule an appointment. The facility was very clean. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They were attentive to my needs and when given my treatment plan, explained in great detail how each cost was broken down. I appreciated their efforts in making this experience so pleasant. Thank you Jesse, Bri and Dr. Soleimani for taking phenomenal care of your clients. I truly appreciate everything you do.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years after a horrible experience at another establishment . It was time for me to get over my fear and get my oral health right. I checked out this place for the first time and the staff was kind, chill and relaxed. I won’t lie I was anxious to be going to the dentist, but the anxiety subsided by the end of the appointment. The vibe was comfortable and the cleaning didn’t hurt. I’ve had traumatic cleanings before and this wasn’t that. This is my place! I’m so happy I found them. If you’re looking for a good dentist establishment check them out.

Amir was very helpful and friendly and professional. This entire staff and building leaves you feeling pain free comfortable in control and cared for all while building your confidence in knowing exactly what’s going on and being outstanding in pulling strings and tricks to help financially as well. 100% recommend. From the front desk workers to the assistants to the dentist every person is so well trained in how to treat and talk and assist you it is absolutely lovely!

Everyone is so kind and understanding! I used to hate the dentist due to previous experiences. They explain literally everything they are doing and why. You get a screen to see everything the dentist sees. They work with you on payments if it’s a big procedure. I will probably never go to another dentist again! Dr. Amir is the best, he’s very funny and understanding of phobias associated with the dentist. Highly recommend this office!

I strongly dislike the dentist just as much, if not more than the next person. I also don't think I've ever left a review for a dentist, BUT, this staff Is amazing. They are kind, extremely accommodating and most of all, they are gentle. Having health issues poses some challenges for staff and drs to work around. These guys love a challenge. From the front desk, (Megan and Pete who will go up to bat with your insurance to maximize benefits)to the assistants and techs, to Dr S,. Every single person is ready to give you the best experience most comfortable experience. Thorough, clean and kind, working with you, for you. Every person here is an angel. Thanks guys, for taking care of me and my family, emergent or pre scheduled. Yall are my people. Much love. Their traveling endo is also so amazing too. I can't say enough good things about this facility.

First time to the Dentist in a long time due to Dental Anxiety. I can’t tell you how wonderful every staff member was that I encountered on my visit. This is a top notch place and customer service and care were amazing. I was a little confused about a bill I received and what insurance covered so called the office right away. Jesse, the manager, was very polite and was able to answer all of my questions/concerns. When I got off the call I was feeling great and no longer confused. This will be a dentist office I use for a very long time!!

This place is top notch!
Moved up from California and fortunately passed by this location of Tacoma Smiles on the North side of Tacoma.
Went in for an annual cleaning but Being in my mid 50’s I needed some deep cleaning and deep scaling which I was not happy to hear for procedure and financial reasons but I agreed with Dr Skipper who I must say is one of the best Dentist DMD I have had the pleasure of having him help me with my dental health.

I won’t say this visit is a pleasure but I will say after the Local anesthesia he used I did not feel a thing during the procedure!
I give this place 5 stars because they deserve it!

I was having some gum bleeding while flossing and also mouthwash with warm water and now my gums feel healthy and not more bleeding.

They are always absolutely wonderful to me. I'm never anxious or upset I feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Due to change of my insurance I had to switch my dentist that I have been going to 20 years and I was a bit hesitant to change doctors. However this place is wonderful. It has up to date equipment, very friendly and efficient staff. Entire visit was very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

I had a cracked tooth that needed a crown put on. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The facility was very clean with cutting edge technology. They got me all fixed up rather quickly and were gentle in doing so. Would highly recommend to anyone.
