A big FYI they're not open 24 hours they close around 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning when they get really slow for a safety cleaning thing and then they reopen. Since it's so early in the morning staff is light and they can't cook food man the window and clean everything thoroughly so that's why they close.

I enjoy the French toast sticks(cinnamon or regular) 6 or 4 piece variety. I'll add photos next time.. ate them 🤤

I went at midnight and the drive thru was PACKED! We ordered 7 different items from the menu and they didn’t get anything wrong on our order. For how busy they were I thought they might forget a sauce or some small minor inconvenience but no :D this store is so much better than the one next to my house off 6th Ave. I hope next time I’m craving Jack in The Box I’m close by this one instead of the one by my house lmao.

Open late night and food is always hot and fresh. Maybe it's made to order. I'm not sure but it's always fresh no matter what time you visit.

My fiancée had a accident it was the time of the month. They told her the code and even helped her get into the bathroom.

They were open kind of late.. I was surprised. Jack N the Box has the best chicken tenders ever!! The chicken nuggets are good too but the chicken tenders strips to die!! Love it. A little pricey but the taste is undeniable!!

Fastest service ever the employees where nice and made sure we had what we needed.

Service has leveled up since my previous visits. The gentleman at the window was amazing with service and managing the wait times. He read the order back, everything was organized and he had gloves on. Was very communicative when there was a small wait and made sure we knew why instead of just sitting there. Was not stingy with giving sauce and was happy to be there.

Jack in the Box food is basically the same at all locations in my experience. I am rating 5 stars based on the service I received at this location. Staff was friendly and they have always been open when I show up.

I've gone through the drive thru at the location on Hosmer many times and it says they're open 24 hours a day but then I get there and they say they're closed for whatever reason. I honestly think the employees at the location on Hosmer are doing drugs in there half the time or the management is horrible... Or both.

People don't realize that it takes time for FAST FOOD they think because of the title that your food must be done it 2 min. So understand that if they say hey can you pull forward so we can cook fresh food or get it alll together don't hesitate . Especially if your order is like 60$ I've watch multiple time these employees bust there ass to get quality and QUICK food out . And it honestly does not help when people come in and yell at them . Because 70% of the time if your food is wrong it's was not on purpose and it was due to the fact they were trying to give you the "fast food " your looking for

I usually have something missing with a large order, but the clerk (Efrain)was clearly on top of her game. She read back order perfectly ( there were some food with special orders) asked if there was anything else we wanted. Placed our order, she made sure all the food was there, told me what bag had what good in it. She was extremely pleasant and was a pleasure being helped by her.

Absolutely wonderful, if you haven't heard of it or tried them yet, I suggest having their 3$ chilli cheese fries, tastes good and the portions are great. Oh and they have cheesecake now, it's yummy. The employees here are diverse and extremely polite, the place could've been just a smidge cleaner though 9/10😎

Quick service and friendly staff. Open all night for all of us hungry night owls!! :) I suggest using the mobile ordering via the jack and the box app. It makes everything super simple plus normally will save you some cash!

Better menu options than the 'Yellow Arches' . Prepared well and delivered at the Drive-thru . A more adult experience for those who don't require being treated as if You don't have any other options for Burgers and fries. The menu has numerous choices not available at the Arches, as well.

I don't understand why people gave this branch a low rate. It is actually good! The cleanest store I've ever seen in this area. People are nice, service is kind and fast. I think it deserves a 5 star.

I went through the drive-thru the woman was super nice when the other end of the speaker the food was ready super fast and I was on my way

I love this jack in the box’s Oreo milkshake 😍it tastes 😊 so good. I’ve never been inside this place but my sister works here and always returns home with that Oreo shake that just makes my night better. I am looking for a job here but there are no online applications please help me out and hook me up with a job 🙏 please and thank you

This one has always been one of my favorite Jack in the Box locations. They always have great customer service and they make sure your food is fresh. Thank you to all the employees at this specific location for going above and beyond.

The girl that was taking my order was so nice and on point she confirmed my order both at the speaker and window. Also I received my meal at a reasonable time span.

As a door dash driver this was a quick and easy checkout. Employees were helpful and friendly. They had the order ready to go.
