NEVER again! When u walk into a retail store the huge selling push was a lifetime warranty, u buy them once..any issues they replace. So we purchased sheets towels ect. Spent hundreds$$.
A few years later sheet developed a tear contacted 2 warranty and where told they won't replace. Apparently they canned warranty in 2019 and will no longer guarantee their product. Even though it was purchased prior 2019. Clearly selling an inferior product they can no longer guarantee. Terrible lies and customer service!!! Don't buy into it!

Literally worst company every find a different company to buy your sheets from! They changed there warranty and there products have gone down hill! So if some manufacturer error happens to your product nope sorry they won’t fix it. Do not support plus there customer service is garbage!!!
