The Tilly’s in Arden Fair Mall is pretty big and well decorated. The store looks decent, and the clothes, shoes, and other items are focused on the younger shoppers. Most of the items inside the store are looking good and price reasonable. The salespersons were pleasant and greeted me when I talked into the store.

It's ok. I'm not a trendy guy. But for those who are, you'll probably love it

I had one of the employees helped me get the sweater off the shelf, I told the employee that this was for my boyfriend mind you I am a 30 year old female... the employee pushed me too large boys meaning youth sweatshirts off of the wall where I could not reach not thinking much of it because I know that my boyfriend where is a large and men's I go by the sweatshirts and go home I give it to him for his birthday to find out that they're way too small confused of what's going on a head back to buy a bigger size I have the receipt and only had the sweaters in my position for less than 24 hours.. they told me due to there being a few pieces of cat hair on the sweaters that they were not going exchange them for a bigger size them due to their condition I am so frustrated beyond belief this is $120 and sweaters that are made for little boys I'm not sure what that employee was thinking selling me a youth sweatshirt for a grown man and mention the lady who checked me out at the register with extremely rude it made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never shop at the tillys in Arden ever again.. I highly recommend that you don't either!

The shoes they sell there are all flawed in some way, ripped stitching, soles that aren’t glued properly, etc. BUY YOUR SHOES FROM THE BRAND. At least Nike has warranties for shoes that don’t last. Tilly’s is a scam. Terrible customer service. Never buying from there again.

First time at this location, only ordering online now. They left the security tag on my pants after purchasing and I had to come back the next day. Warning, apparently it’s only one discount for your purchase. I was getting a BOGO 1/2 off, jacket was 50% off already online, but I didn’t get the discount in person because of the bogo (even though the savings on the jacket would save me more) Manager’s communication with customers is terrible.

If you're a productive, Black male citizen, looking for gift 🎁 ideas 💡 or purchases, spend your money elsewhere. Tilly's is the essential RACIAL PROFILING store at Arden FAIR MALL IN SACRAMENTO. I was warned about the attitude, checked it out in curiosity, and it proved to be 👍 true.

This was my favorite store and everyone that was there was nice except this one black girl. I don’t know if she was in a rush but she was rude, this girl dose not deserve to work there and I was with my kids and It was sad to see them experience this.

They stole $221 from me .
Will never shop here ever again.

make sure you check your receipts!! they don’t really apply the coupons you show them!!!
