Thrifty Car Rental - Sacramento International Airport

I had a perfect experience with Thrifty Car Rental at the Sacramento Airport. I picked up a car here and the process was painless and quick. First, the person working the front desk was just so nice, professional, and personable. Not sure her name, but she was a young pregnant woman dealing with a ton of rude customers and she was just so cool and collected the whole time. She got me set up immediately, and then offered me a larger car when she found out I was hauling skis.

From beginning to speak with her to leaving the lot was maximum 6 minutes.

Neelan has helped me 4 out of 5 times renting here. She is always so kind, accommodating, professional and very helpful. I rent 2 or 3 times a year foe 2 weeks to a month and she always goes out of her way to get me in a comphoetable vehicle without costing me a ton. Thank you Neelan for always being so very kind and helpful.

As a customer I am very satisfied and thankful for thrifty. Not only with the car rental very affordable but they were very kind and helpful. I worked with the thrifty car rental by the Sacramento Airport. What's nice is there one of the few if not the only car rental service that allows you to use a debit card instead of a credit card. Also, they asked if I would be happy in my compact because I'm a pretty big guy at 6'3. Neelan asked me if I wanted to upgrade. I politely declined because I did not have the money to do so. She said we will see what we can do for you. She got me into an amazing and beautiful Honda Accord. At no extra cost just to make sure I was comfortable. If that's the kind of service that thrifty car rental provides, I will be a continuous customer in the future. Thank you very much

**You can drop off vehicle before office opens** The check out process was friendly and efficient. There were plenty of people but they handled it well. Teaming up with budget and other companies seem to work well. I used wild card option, for economy Plus. I ended up getting the small SUV which was awesome and useful. I had an are you flight and was able to drop off the vehicle at 4:30 a.m. . You just drop it off in the thrifty area leave your paperwork in the car sometimes the keys.

We had had a very long day of canceled flights and delays. I had called three times to bump out our arrival time. It was really nice to have a smooth rental experience. Plenty of agents. No line. I was able to add my daughter as an additional driver for no charge. We were given our choice of 5 or 6 cars when we arrived at the pick up spot. We were able to get a brand new Nissan that my 6'4" son could be comfortable in. Easy drop off. No issues at all. Also got a great price. We have family in the area so we will definitely rent from Thrifty again.

I had reserved a rental car through Expedia and paid for it along with my flight. I got there and there was no line. I got to the counter and the young lady that helped me was the nicest and sweetest person. Something happened to where I was unable to get a rental car through them, but she was able to help my husband and I get a rental car through another company. If it were not for Christine, I don't know what we would have done. I cannot thank this lady enough for all the kindness she showed us. She did not have to help us at all, but she wanted to help and that goes along way for me. Thrifty is very blessed to have this young lady working for their company. Thank you, Christine, from the bottom of my heart. You are truly a blessing.

Andre turned my stressful situation into a manageable one. He got me on the road fast in a car more suitable than what I had reserved. He was polite, friendly and so helpful. Use Thrifty when you are traveling through Sacramento. You will be very pleased with their vehicles and service.

Andre was our agent and helped us breeze through picking up our vehicle while also being genuinely happy, helpful, and eventually hilarious. Best car pick up experience I've had.

Christina helped me out with my rental. She really set the stage for my whole trip. She was so sweet and went above and beyond with her service. You can tell she enjoys her job, making people smile, and making sure she sets their travel up right. I would definitely rent from here again.

At first, I was sure I had made a mistake because Thrifty did not have the mid-sized car I had ordered and said it could be hours before the next one came in. They upgraded me to a full-size, but the system had been changed to French, which I could not understand. The two more than made up for everything by upgrading me to an full size car with leather seats and navigation! It ended up being an excellent experience and I will use Thrifty again.

We had a smooth experience at Thrifty Sacramento. They had the shortest line of all the rental counters and their associates were friendly and fast. They didn't push to hard on the unnecessary insurance and answered all of our requests in a friendly manner. Just beware of the service at their LAX location if you happen to be in that area.

Great experience booking through Blue Chip Member. Best rates.No waiting in line. Walked directly to the car pickup and chose the car we liked. Paperwork was already done. Just got in the car and away we went.

Sam was excellent! We got it super late just before they closed and he was still very friendly and welcoming. When he learned it was just my girlfriend and I heading to Napa Valley, he gave us a free sports car upgrade so we'd blend right in with the Napa crowd. Thank you Sam!

I rented with Hertz and was returning my car on September 11, 2016. I arrived to the airport in the early hours and there was no one at the hertz booth but the Thrift guy walked over and helped me with a few different questions. He also brought me the GPS unit that I left in the car. Nice job who ever you are!!

Every thing was exactly as our reservation said it would be. No payment required to make the reservation. Charges were as expected. It was nice to rent a van for our Disneyland trip with no extra charges for milage.

Really great customer service. The desk clerk was efficient and didn't hassle me like some agents do. I really appreciate that. Returning the was no effort at all. Less than one minute and it was done. I would highly recommend this company. Especially for the great price.

It's was pretty comfortable to drive a beautiful nice car, got upgraded to one of the newest impala and save money on gas. Thank you Thrifty. I will definitely keep continuing doing business with you.

This place is awesome! Lowest prices, shortest line, I got a brand new car that was very clean and u limited miles!!! This location is difficult to get to, but they can't help that. It's at the airport.
