Esthetics by Traci

I came to Esthetics by Traci to have a TCA peel done. This was my first experience here so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but I was so happy with both my results and the customer service. Everyone here is so kind and I felt so cared for as a customer. The peel went just as expected and my skin looks absolutely incredible. I will definitely keep coming back here. Highly recommended.

She always takes the time to make it pampered experience. She has a beautiful touch, uses great products and is very flexible when things come up for me. Traci has given me facials for 12 years now...she is so skilled at her craft, while combined with a kind, caring, and professional demeanor. My skin looks amazing on a consistent basis, people think I look at least 10 years younger than I am. Traci also provides facials to my husband and his skin has really improved. I always feel pampered and wonderful after a facial with Traci.

If I could give a minus stars I would at the lack of professionalism by Traci. I've never had a PROFESSIONAL esthetician cancel on me twice for various reasons. She additionally chose to try to change her terms regarding her services after I had already purchased a package. Would never use someone who handles customers this way. Would NOT recommend.
