CVS

I needed help unlocking something, and then questions about another product. I had questions about the coupons, and the store manager was extremely friendly and helpful. Both he and the store clerk, who checked me out, were really nice.

The women at this pharmacy are the only people in my entire life who make me feel like a human being.
These people are angels and i am so grateful for repeatedly going above and beyond the call of duty while I struggle through what has been the most difficult years of my life...

I literally wouldn't be here anymore if it weren't for the kindness they show me every month.

I’ve been a loyal CVS store, pharmacy & photo customer for years…always a good experience. It’s not easy working in customer service, but in my experience the staff is friendly & helpful!

Friendly and helpful staff and management in the pharmacy, I interact with weekly, always have my medication in stock and ready on time with quick service even when there are a few people in line they get to you quickly and are always friendly and helpful.

The store also has great staff and Management in the store section, always say hello and goodbye and always quick to help if needed.

Pharmacy helped me get a prescription transferred to a different pharmacy. I had a hard time but they made it happen. I am very grateful to them.

These people have been such a huge help for years at the rocklin location, I had 7 or more surgeries over 2 years, always have what we need, take time to explain what our dr. May not have, always attentive.

We always have a good experience at this pharmacy. They try very hard to help the customer and are upbeat even when times are crazy busy.

Great service, Employees that we had INTERACTIONS with had excellent customer service skills. BOTH MY WIFE AND I HAVE SUPERVISORY AND MANAGEMENT BACKGROUNDS.

Ordered photos for pickup and I received a message they were ready for pick up after 10 minutes!! They saved the day on a school project!

I don't do a bunch of shopping here but Bryan in the pharmacy department is awesome and super helpful

The parking lot continues to be questionable to the establishment of CVS and the lack of Wi-Fi is very concerning around that location, but the staff is pretty mightily helpful and terrific use of technology.
The restrooms are pretty decent. It does leave a lot to be desired with the hand drying mechanisms but at least the standard sanitary availability is present.

The personnel who work at this CVS are friendly and helpful. We have been coming here for years. Easy access off of I-80 and the Rocklin Road exit.
