Macys furniture gallery has been changed from the galleria to this new location, the new place is great and located right besides a lot of major stores, staff is extremely friendly and helpful in trying to help you find what you need

Excellent experience shopping for furniture here. They have a wide variety of styles and good price points. Delivery service was friendly and a reasonable cost. They also offer a comprehensive 5 year warranty that is a very reasonable price.
Gary provided exceptional service and helpful guidance on style. His friendly nature and no-pressure tactics were very much appreciated.

My favorite store by far!
My only complaint is that since before last Christmas, 2022, they moved all the check-out places to very inconvenient areas and there really is only one place to purchase clothing on the first floor. Upstairs in the home department is a nightmare to get someone over to the cash register, they can't even see if anybody's waiting in line. And upstairs in the home section if the cashier is helping somebody else you're going to have a long long wait. That's happened to me every time I've shopped upstairs since they changed it. I've actually had to go over to lingerie to pay for my purchases from the home department. I hope this gets addressed soon!

My husband and I purchased a beautiful table and chairs from Macy's, very elegant and great quality! The customer service was even better though. Doug Aton helped us purchase or table. He was really easy to work with, our purchase was kind of complicated and he was very patient and understanding with us. He was precise with the math on our order and honored a discount that had expired right before we came in because it was going on when we viewed the table. Doug was awesome, we are very happy customers!

Great selection of couches. We were especially thrilled with the options to customize. Large, blanket-sized swatches to really get a feel of what you're getting. Highly recommend Ileana Pavel. She genuinely wanted to help us, was educated on their items, and had the best vibes. Will absolutely return for a bedroom set.

This was actually a nice experience to come shop for furniture. Usually can't say that about furniture stores. They greeted us as we came in, asked us what we were looking for, pointed us in that direction & let us shop. We wanted to get something in a different color & configuration and they broke it down for us, no hassle. We came home to double check measurements & they gave us a paper that had the dimensions of everything to help figure out exactly what we wanted. Try here next time you need some furniture & ask for Pamela.

I didn't know Macy's had a furniture store out across from the Galleria in Roseville. Very nice selection of furniture.
