We had an amazing run in with staff when we lost our cell phone in the store. Farah went above and beyond to help us. She helped us find the phone that was thankfully turned in by another employee working in the shoe department that I did not get the name of while in the panic of trying to get the phone back. Also, while we were checking out, one of the staff at the cash register was being berated by a male Karen. The staff member was incredibly understanding and was simply doing her job correctly and professionally. Nothing but good things to say about this amazing staff!

JCPENNEY is one of the best stores left after many others closed their doors. They have great sales and quality merchandise. I shop online as well as in-store. I just keep going back and keep getting good customer service,

The personnel working in the PORTRAITS department are absolutely AWESOME!
My BFF and I went in on Friday, to have our photos taken in ugly Christmas sweaters.
Josh was our photographer. He was spectacular! So fun and easy to work with, He had tons of suggestions for funny awkward poses, and the results were hilarious!!!
I’ve never ever in my whole entire life had this much fun taking photos! Thanks so much, and I am definitely coming back again!!!

Have been shopping at JC Penneys for years. They always have quality items. Nice clothes and accessories.

Excellent customer service in the jewelry department. We picked up my boyfriend's wedding ring, and they went above and beyond

The lady , which I believe is a manager I'm big sure , her name was lorena was her name , shes so multitask with fast friendly customer service, I just had to come give 5 stars to jcpenneys for just that reason .

I love this store and everything that they have in it. They always have what I like with the right price and sale. I can always find shoes for myself or for my children also and I always seem to find a great deal for my childrens clothes. I also love the fact that they sell the sports gear like my Golden State Warriors apparel. They have enough in stock for me to grab!

I always thought this place was expensive (which it is) but if you shop the clearance or the deals it is actually not bad at all. I got a couple of Ralph Lauren Hoodies for like $25 instead of 90 during Christmas. This is usually my go to especially for nice shirts and dress clothes they have everything you could want. It is hard to find an employee when you need help though which is frustrating. It feels like the only people who work there are at checkouts.

Better than Macy's by prices and style

There are always good deals on clothes, especially for us bigger gentlemen. My wife likes their ladies selection as well. There is a little of everything for everyone.

JCP has always been a generational family favorite and continues with each new generation. I appreciate their merchandise quality, online or in-store shopping, their great customer service, and return policy. I wish there were more stores available so that I wouldn’t have to drive so far to shop, although on-line shopping is available, it’s not the same as in-person shopping especially if the item must be returned.

I was having trouble finding a shirt for an interview. This store had what I wanted. Good price too.

I found some great pieces at great prices. I told the cashier Nina that I needed to make sure things rang up on sale/clearance, so she went over each item as she scanned it. A clearance item rang up full price, but it did have a clearance sticker on it, so she honored the clearance price. Great customer service!

Good shopping experience not too busy, lines not long, many sales for back to school.

Hated my experience. Giving 5 stars so people will see would rate 0.25 stars if i could. Cashiers were slow and seemed to not know what they were doing. Long lines. And it seems as if the prices of their clothes went up. If you're here shopping for clothes I would suggest to go to h&m

Good variety of clothing. Took my petite 88 year old MIL to get some new clothes and she had no problem finding several outfits that fit great. Staff allowed us in with a huge pile of clothes and when checking out the clerk made sure to confirm that we were ok with purchasing a few items that were not on sale. That was a very nice touch.

Also got some great deals here during Black Friday sale Cyber Monday.

Large selection. Great prices (especially during a sale--the prices were just as good as the clearance stores). All of the staff were super friendly but not pushy. The store was also clean, well-stocked and organized. Dressing rooms were also kept clean and free if clutter. It's apparent that the management cares about the appearance of the store.

We love the deals this JCpenney throws out!
