Great service until your rim breaks 2 years later. Then they don’t answer your emails at all about how to get a replacement. I understand it’s not their fault but any helpful reply would be nice.

They don't answer their business phone during business hours.
They don't provide order confirmation when you place your order.
They don't provide tracking information when your order ships.
They received and signed for the returned item and told me they never received it.

I learned an expensive lesson dealing with this vendor but never again. I'll pay a little more to deal with a business that isn't run out of someone's basement.

Would not recommend this product or business to anyone. No contact whatsoever after payment sent (phone, text or email). The Joez PTS exhaust system absolutely did NOT fit and had to be fabricated for fitment. Tube lengths, bends and flange angles were all wrong. I don't know how this product was considered a bolt on system. I don't usually do reviews, but would hate to see someone else make the same mistake.

Service was terrible I ordered a hood back in June and I still have not received it. I called countless times and they kept making excuses and blaming their distributer never kept me updated on my status after I called just gave me estimated dates and after those dates passed i got into contact with them again and they kept making excuses I do not recommend this company horrible customer service as well as Irresponsible not knowing how to keep a customer informed and happy which is the Key to a good business which they have clearly displayed they are not

Bought an item Internationally but order was cancelled without any message and without a full refund losing 5 percent. Stay away if you're ordering Internationally..
