Ontario Gateway Hotel

Never usually write reviews but i thought this was very necessary. My stay was amazing ! My boyfriend and I were celebrating our 8 year anniversary and it could not have been more perfect. Everything was so clean and nice, we had a nice view of the big pool. We actually went in the pool and it felt great. They even gave us a complementary dessert and champagne for our celebration!! Thought that was so thoughtful! Definitely a family friendly hotel, our four year old daughter just thought it was a mansion and loved the experience! I highly recommend staying here, great service and a great anniversary!

We checked in praying it was a decent hotel, and it's great! It used to be a Marriott. Its clean spacious and basic. Just wish it had a mini fridge. Its located next to the airport and a train track but its overall pretty quiet

I stayed at the hotel for a few nights. As the name suggests, it is located right at the Ontario Airport. It is pleasant and convenient. The bed was extremely comfortable. I was curious about the brand. So I moved the mattress cover to find that it was Simmons EverNU. Nice!

Linens were clean and cozy. The carpet was nice and had good design patterns. The curtains were cool-looking. The bathroom was clean and functional with strong water pressure for shower.

The toiletries were good quality, and the towels were thick and soft. I like to keep my room well-lit. There were enough lamps in the room to give me the light I desired.

The room had a fridge and a coffee maker. The ironing board and iron was very functional. So was the almost walk-in closet.

I didn't get to use any facilities outside the room. But the hot breakfast was really good. Also, the parking is ample and free.

I will definitely stay here again when I am back to Ontario. Note: The hotel is going through renovations and that might not be for some people. But I do house renovations as a side business and I love how properties transform with TLC. I would love to see how the hotel turns out after all the renovations are completed.

Last but not the least, the staff is super helpful and friendly. Nice job everyone!!!

Second visit. I stayed for four more nights again. Same great experience.

Was in town for a health conference 3 other hotels in the area did not honor nor refund my reservations ... The blonde gentleman at the front desk helped me check in early or a night late since i should have been in my other accommodations he was the saving grace of my business trip. And despite renovations the bones of this grand hotel are really breathtakingly Art Deco ...!

This may have been the worst run hotel I have ever experienced. Phone lines down when I called to get picked up at the airport so I had to walk a mile down a very dark and sketchy road with police and a police helicoper search for some suspect (in hind sight the ripoff $12 Uber would have actually been worth it, I just had a hard time paying $12 for one mile). When I finally got there I was not appologized to but only told they had been receiving calls so they should be working (they later determined I was right). Asked for a 5am shuttle and they said the shuttle didn't start until 7am so I would have to get a taxi in the morning (which they ended up comping, so there was that at least). Floors in hallways and rooms felt like they were rotting or something with several soft spots. Room had a starnge smell not sure what it was. The bed was actually comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. I would actually say it would have been worth the price with the exception of the front desk staff. Because of them I will try elsewhere next time.

I have stayed here a couple of times and have been happy both with the cleanliness of the room, the reasonable convention room rates and the courteous staff. Just be advised that this facility is currently in the midst of an improvement project so expect to see some construction and closed off areas on occasion.

Ignite Hospitality Services would like to take the opportunity to let everyone know how wonderful this property is! The life of a touring entertainer can get quite exhausting and demanding at times and to have a place as nice as this to lay down for a few hours really can turn things around. The room was perfect, very clean and quiet and there is an onsite restaurant with a breakfast buffet in the morning to help make the next day start smooth. Very clean and comfortable rooms. I love that's it's kind of off the beaten path, considering it's right across from Ontario Airport, and completely visible, it's just crowded near other local hotels. I felty vehicle and belongings were safe overnight.

Room was very clean. Small little hotel so all rooms are not very far from the lobby. Have no complaints whatsoever would definitely stay here again.

Was there for events regarding Anime Los Angeles. Staff was nice. Bathrooms were well kept considering amount of congoers. I did not stay the night but the place looked well kept.

The hotel was really nice. It has a bar, restaurant, pool, and gym. They're all nearby each other too. The rooms are really nice too and its across the street from the convention center which comes in handy if your going to do something at the convention center.

This hotel is pretty large. The room I stayed in was a good size and kept clean. The shower had good water pressure also.

I attended a class with CPR Cindy at this location. The meeting rooms are easy to find and very clean. Parking is easy and free. It was a great experience.

Emaculent spacios quiet room, friendly staff, respectible whisky selection at the bar, very nice pool, ample parking, convenient easy walk to the Ontario Convention Center and lovely well maintained common spaces and grounds. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice, the management was awesome went out of there way to locate a crib for our little guy. I have no complaints. Thank you Ontario Gateway you are terrific!!

This place was very nice decor looked good staff was dressed sharply room was clean and spacious and nice. All in all a very pleasant place to stay.

Its beautiful and worth they stay rooms were cleaned before I got back everyday and they fold the toilet paper into a point it was so cute.

A nice hotel. Good sized rooms, nice amenities, nice pool. Good vending machines, printers and computers and microwave in lobby. No complaints.

Its huge. Felt i can get lost finding my room but no complains on the room. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean.

I'd anyone knows hotels, it's gotta be me! These days and this/surrounding area(s), it seems even the most run-down hotels are sooo very expensive,.. this hotel however, in my opinion, has been the only hotel consistant with excellent service and value.. it's nice, yet at a more than fair price (even cheaper via the internet).. they are not thieves and will give you your deposit back unless ABSOLUTELY given a GOOD reason not to (also rare these days)...staff is friendly, helpful, and down to earth.. They aren't all strict, actually, they probably are to nice..they will work with you if you need a later check out..they don't bug you about having guests, and so on..ive stayed here SEVERAL times to say the least, and never disappointed..i could go on and on about the perks, but there's a general idea (: ..the only thing that could possibly make it any better, would be a free breakfast in the morning ;) lol
