Ontario Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. I was part of a group of 45 high school students and chaperones and we chose to stay here because of a previous awesome experience. In the weeks leading up to our stay, the staff was responsive and friendly. They answer every question promptly and addressed every change request (and we had a lot). When we arrived, the staff was completely prepared and prompt in helping us assign the 17 rooms. When we asked if they could accommodate an early breakfast (because we had an early competition to get to), the chef came in early and provided us breakfast before they were otherwise scheduled to open. The way this hotel does business is how all big chains should do business. Amazing people!

I should have chosen this hotel first!

After having an awful experience with my first hotel, I booked this one for the rest of my week.

Very friendly customer service, even as far as management from what I experienced. They treated me as a guest and not simply a customer.

Weekend bartender N. was amazing! Despite the bar not being properly stocked, he ensured guest satisfaction, handled unhappy guests well, played great music, and enjoyed bar guest conversations!

They have parking lot security, a bar open to the public and a fantastic coffee shop with a wonderful employee, I made it a point to stop by when I could for both decent coffee and her lovely demeanor!

Despite the improvements that could be made here, I had no reason to complain, and any issues I had were handled kindly.

I can't believe how nice everyone is at this place. I went there with my wife and 2 special needs sons. They treated us as if we were friends from years ago. It didn't matter who we came across, they were all equally nice. My wife and one of the ladies that cleans there even exchanged numbers because they got along so well. The room was comfortable. We stayed for about one week and we will gladly go back if we need a place to stay.
On Sunday we had their breakfast buffet and we really enjoyed it. My boys ate a ton and so did I. The people attending that area were just as nice as everyone else.
I am 44 years old and have traveled to a few countries and never have I met such a great staff. The hotel is good...but the people working there make this place great!

I just want to give my absolute gratitude to Reyna, the security. She gave the best customer service. I ended up with a flat tire at the parking lot of the establishment. She came, assessed the situation, and helped me switch out the tire. Thank you so much reyna!! You're the best and a lifesaver! 😁😁

Excellent attentive staff, very clean rooms, quiet property, comfy beds. The free hotel WiFi is fast and stable enough for PC gaming.

I stay here every other week, feels like home now. Highly recommend!

So much to like!
This room (130) has a view of the pool and the stunning landscaping in the courtyard. It also has an ironing board and iron, a safe, a mini fridge with separate freezer, a basket of things one might have forgotten (razor, shaving cream, toothbrush and paste, comb, lotion, shoe wipes, shower cap, makeup wipes), a coffee station, a brilliant king size bed (so comfortable), blackout curtains (never saw or heard a thing all night), satellite (DirectTV) not cable, and really nice shower. And complimentary breakfast besides, in the lobby from 6 - 9 a.m.
The place is just so classy ... the grounds make it worth your while, it has obviously been groomed over the years to make it such an inviting hotel to stay in. Highly recommmended.

Awesome stay started off with A+ service kind friendly staff easy check in free parking and great amenities. The hotel was very clean and well maintained updated lobby there were several staff willing to help and friendly from the start of my stay. Donovan was a great associate he was polite informative and even gave late night dining tips after a long travel day . Room was clean and modern updates tons of space one of best airport friendly hotels in a long time. I was impressed with housekeeping service also I got to personally talk w Bernadette who was our kind housekeeper so sweet and helpful gave me more fresh warm towels and updated all toiletries. I was very impressed and pleased with this hotel. I will 100 percent be staying here again !!!! A MUST STAY!!!

Perfect location to the airport! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower water pressure was good!

Much thanks to the kind staff who let me play the piano in the lobby. Everyone there is professional and accommodating.

Really nice stay. Dual sinks. 1st sink doubled as a kitchenette/coffee station and the other sink was inside the bathroom. Great use of space. Down in the main lobby every shop and amenities conveniently located and easy to access. Great hotel design.

Great hotel, very spacious room, very spacious lobby, feels fancy, very friendly staff, good breakfast ready in 10 minutes, we picked it up and took it to our room. Great hot tub open late until 10pm, nice pool day!

I love this place especially on the 9amd tenth floors they have the jumbo rooms with the double doors super fancy. There staff is not the greatest and somehow thex always manage to screw with the deposit. The hotel itself is a diamond in the rough . Priced very fairly . They have a bar and restaurant as well with decent food . A bit over priced. Beds are nice and soft pillows are great overall its a 8 of 10. Great pool and hot tub.

I came to stay with my family my bathroom looked clean but the shower wasn’t working it just had hot water so I went looking to see if I see a housekeeper I found one her name was Blanca she did say she was new and I asked her if she can help me because I was trying to have my child take a bath so she came and fixed it was just tight and she even cleaned the bath tub for me because she said she has children too and would want my child to be safe and make sure it’s clean correctly since she noticed the tile looked very soapy and not rinsed and that wouldn’t be safe for my child to get chemicals on her body and eyes I want to thank her she was the kindest and how she thought about my child we need more people like that ! I would definitely recommend this place and if you need help with your room ask for her she understands and cares about good service . Thank you again

We booked our room online when we purchased plane tickets for a family emergency. We had no idea what were were getting but the price was right and we didnt have time to be fussy. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were gracious and hospitable. We ended up booking 3 extra days and even though they were very full because of a convention the staff was able.to accommodate us. All of the staff were very pleasant but 2 individuals especially stuck out in my mind. The very nice gentleman who drove the shuttle bus who told us some great dad jokes and the very nice woman working in the restaurant during breakfast. She asked about my ill father and made me cry with her kindness. They are doing everything right over there as far as I'm concerned and we will stay again next time we come to Ontario.

Stayed her one night and went sightseeing and decided to return for 2 more nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at every request. Close to the airport, shopping and restaurants. I've stayed three times in last 6 weeks, for several days each stay. The staff is extremely courteous, the hotel is immaculate and the restaurant is actually amazing. I stayed on the top two floors - rooms have balconies with sliding doors, one side facing east, the other west - and the views are great. The mountains are right in front of you. Pretty cool.

Very spacious waiting hall with dinning , coffee and bar accommodation. Plenty of seating some with charging and outlet accessibility. Handicap accessibility and best of all clean with everyone wearing masks. There was a slight lean or dip on the floor when coming out of the elevators on the 6th floor that was a fun surprise and messed with me a little. But the hallway was level as are the rooms lol. Speaking of the rooms nice and clean with a generous amount of space , comfy bed, a closet and bathroom accommodations. The hair dryer Is something most girls look for but to be honest my favorite thing is the folding of the toilet paper, towels and bed cover.
