I love coming here: the community is welcoming, the coaches are very attentive and knowledgeable, and we have fun working out. The Programming is great, connected to BTWB and Members. All materials are clean and ready to use, including mini whiteboard and markers for counting rounds. I drop in every chance I get while traveling in the area.

Best crossfit gym I’ve been to in a while. The coaches are knowledgeable, the gym is always clean, and the environment pushes you to be better. Highly recommended this place.

Great gym and group of people. The coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. They care about you and make sure your doing the movements right. They make everyone feel like family and not a just client.

I love my CrossFit gym, great community and acceptance for all levels. Definitely worth trying a free class and experience for yourself.

I’m not a diehard CrossFit athlete, so I drop in from time-to-time ... all the coaches are friendly and take the time to explain the movements with me so I don’t hurt myself! I recommend this box for experienced CrossFit or novice CrossFit athletes!
