Best Western Plus Ontario Airport & Convention Center

Awesome place relatively safe! Lots of freeway construction making freeway travel challenging. The frwy construction has been going on for over 2years? The air quality is bad. You can see dustfrom the work in the morning fog. Just FYI.

I really enjoy the proximity of this hotel to the airport, and especially the airport shuttle service when I have a 5am flight. Very convenient and appreciated. Uber and Lyft is difficult to get so early in the day from here. Nice rooms and staff. Excellent Mexican food and Margaritas right next door.

Clean room, comfortable bed, shuttle to and from airport, very nice. There's a Mexican restaurant next door which was handy. Price was reasonable for park and fly rate. I would stay here again.

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service of all the staff at this Best Western, especially the front desk ladies. Both the afternoon staff on Wed the 22nd and the early morning staff on the 23rd were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast they serve complimentary is pretty legit with eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, bagels, toast, and more. Very nice stay so far!

The value and service of this hotel blew my mind. Just as I was thinking that value with great service was a thing of the past, this location proved me wrong. Air conditioner on so that the room is already cool after a long hot day of travel✔, 2 bottles of cold water in the fridge✔ , clean room with extra pillows✔, An actual decent breakfast provided✔, Shuttle that you can schedule and they come directly to your room to help with your luggage✔, Great location directly within walking distance of restaurants, gas and convenience stores✔, Literally down the street from the airport where you can see it from your view✔, Friendly front desk service✔ Great rewards program that made the cost/value ratio incredible✔ need I say more!

I got a king-size bed. The room is very nice and large. As you can see from the photos, there is a nice size TV with a coffee maker that uses pods, and coffee cups with creamer, sugar,and a stir sticks, that Best Western Plus provides. On the other side of the TV is a bucket for ice and plastic glasses.
The dresser that the TV sits on has 3 larger drawers and an area for a mini fridge and microwave.
Next to the dresser on your left is a computer desk with a cable hookup and a lamp. On one side of the bed is an alarm clock. On the other, the telephone.
There is a clothes closet. Inside the closet is an ironing board, iron, an extra pillow (in a bag), and a hair dryer. (In a bag hanging on the wall.)
The bathroom is nice. You can use the toilet without being in the way of the door. I've been in some places where you can't open or close the bathroom door if you are sitting on the throne because the toilet is too close. The hotel provides 3 types of body wash. A small soap and wash cloth.
The bed has plenty of pillows for your head.
Best Western Plus has a nice breakfast. They provide bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. You can drink coffee, milk, water, orange juice/apple juice, and other juices. Not bad. Not bad at all. 😄😀😄
Now for the negative things that I have found. The room had a faint odor. I wish they would spray the room after they clean it. It is hard to tell if the odor is from the prior occupent(s) or from the room itself.
Next, the lamps that they have should have a USB connection for your cellphone. This way, you can recharge your phone. You just need to provide your own cord.
The bed has a comforter; but, it is very thin. When you slip between the sheets and use the comforter as a blanket, you are still very cold. Good thing I brought my own blanket. (I carry one when driving long distances.)
Long story short - I'll be back. Great prices, nice accommodations, swimming pool, close to the airport and 24/7 shuttle service. You can't beat that! 🤩😀😄😃

This hotel is literally across the street from the airport. The people are super friendly and the 24-hour shuttle is a big plus, especially if you have a 6 a.m. flight. After I dropped off my rental car the evening before my flight, they even made a special shuttle trip to pick me up at the car rental facility. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, TV and Internet were great. I also liked the coffee maker in the room that uses K-cup pods. I'll stay here again.

I am mobility challenged and had an accessible room which met my needs for 3 weeks. The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The amenities were as advertised. It is definitely one of the nicer places in this price range.

Housekeeping checked daily to see if I needed anything. Front desk staff went above and beyond when I needed help with lifting and carrying after a knee injury.

The free breakfast had simple warm and cold choices which could be eaten there or taken out until 10 am. A restaurant is next door.

I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for mid-range accommodations.

I wish I could rate higher for service. Gus at check in was very friendly, fast and helpful ! I was here because my flight was canceled. He was very considerate. Took care of my parking upon my return and made sure I had a wake up call and ride to the airport.
The lady Rochelle upon checkout was very sweet . She had been in the parking lot doing her rounds and seen me in the parking lot but stopped to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. She was great getting me to the airport and just kind.
I had a horrible night, no sleep.. but the team here made things better. Thank you and Merry Christmas ❤

Took a 2 queen bed room for a weekend - the beds and pillows were comfortable, while the bathroom was spacious enough to meet our needs. The only complaints I would've had about the room were the thin curtains of the window and the showerhead pressure being difficult (or unable?) to adjust.

The complimentary breakfast was also amazing as well, plus getting checked in and out was a fairly painless ordeal. Would go again if I'm in the area.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic and free. The shuttle service was great, and Michael was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Been staying at this place for years whenever I'm in the area. Never had one complaint. Staff is great. Regular patrols Clean rooms. Definitely recommend them.

This is the BEST Hotel in the area. Rooms are clean, spacious, and have a small fridge, great AC unit. Nice size TV and Amazing bed. The Hotel has a big and safe parking lot with a nice pool and jacuzzi.
There are other hotels in this area, yes. But Best Western Plus is the BEST.
I had stayed in several hotels of this name brand at other cities and believe me THIS ONE is the BEST of them all.
Take the opportunity to book a room here, and You'll also be staying Here every time when around this area or even on your way to a long trip.
The customer service skills of Michael at the front desk are Impeccable!!

5 stars for service. Our flight got cancelled because of the storm and we booked this last minute so we could make it in time for our rescheduled next day flight . Called BW and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. Rochelle picked us up from the airport and told us about all the amenities and things nearby. She talked to us about our flight cancellation and was so friendly and empathetic that it made our bad night a little better.

Complimentary breakfast next day was good. They have a bread, tea coffee, cereal station, fresh waffles, biscuits, sausage, gravy, fruits.

We also got a late checkout but since our flight changed we opted to go early and they picked us up right outside our room and dropped us off promptly. ❤

I Only spent one night at this Spot, but it was Nice and comfortable. Quite and relaxing, very clean in my room and no problems at all with any of the other guests. I walked to one of the nearest Gas stations and had no worries about the area. And it was somewhat a busy area at 10 pm. Plenty of things to do very close by. The Staff was a bit Slow, but it's understandable with so many businesses dealing with low staffing issues. All in all, I would and have Plenty of times, Stay hear or any other Best Western Again. Of course I know Not All Places may be as this One was....

Exceptional service from Staysea, Lorinda for shuttle rides. Most kind and caring help from the staff - Gus and Marianne! We are forever grateful for their help in contacting us when a family member had wandered away! Best breakfast we've had at a Best Western!

So far so good! The free pickup shuttle from the airport was very fast, and the driver very friendly. Check-in went smoothly and the desk staff was just as courteous as the driver. The rooms are clean, and it seems they've taken some feedback into consideration based on some reviews I read from the past year. There is plenty of lighting throughout, everything looks decently kept from a maintenance standpoint, and the fixtures/switches are all in the right spot. Overall a welcome place to rest after landing at Ontario!

Great rooms, SUPER CLEAN!!! Breakfasts are generous and very filling. Pool is a little on the colder side, but the hot tub is awesome. Sweet location. They are just a bit skimpy with the toiletries and towels. Other than that, it's probably the best 2-star hotel in the area.
