Residence Inn by Marriott Ontario Airport

This place makes you feel so comfortable. Wish they had a monthly rate. Spent Thanksgiving here with my boys it's the first time I've been able to enjoy cooking a turkey in way too long.The full kitchen and fire place make it worth spending a little extra.

I'm still surprised by the size of this room! It is bigger and nicer than most studio apartments! Full kitchen, big bathroom, king bed, couch, desk and coffee table. Bar stools for extra seating, full sized fridge and stove. Everything was spotless and smelled clean.
Front desk staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Ample parking and excellent location. Great value!
I'll make a point to seek out Residence Inn in for my future travels.

Nice hotel to stay while visiting So. Cal. Has all the comforts of home ( full kitchen w full refrigerator, two bedrooms 2 bathrooms, pool and laundry room( Hotel needs to maintain the laundry machines as their always broken when we visit) convenient to all major highways and streets, close to Ontario mills mall and loads of eateries, Guasti Park is near by also. Offers decent FREE breakfast in am over by 9am. Nice staff around the clock. Definitely worth the money.

Honestly I would give this hotel more stars if I could. Are you coming to Ontario for a Comic Con or other convention? THIS IS YOUR PLACE! Stayed here in the 2 bedroom suite with my fiancé and our couple friends and it was perfect! There was space for everyone to get ready at the same time without stepping on anyone’s toes and the space to have a snack and eat dinner at the end of the day was perfect. The breakfast had the best bacon I’ve ever had and I’m only mad that I won’t have it again until I stay here! The value for the money is hard to beat in this location and the ability to just walk to the convention center is a luxury that con goers know as the most important aspect. Everything was clean and the staff were so friendly! I will ONLY be staying here when I go to Ontario from now on! It was only $600 for all three nights which is much less than I’ve paid for rooms before, that were maybe half the value!

Wonderful service. I called last second after being stranded at the airport overnight in Dallas and I arrived at 3AM in Ontario asking if they had a room. They helped me right away and offered a late check out so I could rest. Woke up to big breakfast which was included. Thank you all so much! 🙏

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Staff was extremely helpful and polite and the rooms felt more like little apartments than hotel rooms. Will be visiting again.

This place was great. Quiet and clean. The room we rented had a kitchen and 2 stories. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed it. We were able to cook our own dinner and enjoy some much needed family time. Will be returning to this place. Continental breakfast was really good. They had lots of guests but it didn’t feel crowded.

The rooms here are very nice and comfortable. I had more than enough room to stretch out and lay my things. The suite was even nicer with 2 stories that can accommodate a large group.
The complimentary breakfast could be upgraded a bit with a larger variety to select from. But it was still decent.

Went to a Con at the convention center and the residence inn is literally across the street. We were able to walk to our event and didn't have to factor in travel time. The rooms are nice like a small apartment. They offer a free breakfast which is pretty decent they have a gym and a pool and they even have electric charger in the parking lot for your EV.

Another great stay at the Residence Inn Ontario Airport. The quick, mobile check-in was enhanced by the friendly and efficient staff when we stopped to pick up our key cards at the office.

When we checked in parking was easily available near our room. We went out for the afternoon/evening and when we returned later we had to park much farther away from our room. They can get busy. While there is sufficient parking, not all of it can be near each room due to the design of the hotel: parking on three sides, with the blocks of rooms in the center.

The clean, and cool, room was very welcoming (weather was hot that weekend). The Studio room was just the right size for us. It was too hot to us the sliding glass door (Warning! Check to see if it is locked when you arrive).

While we didn't use the kitchen to full effect this visit it was nice to have it. It would definitely have been missed if we didn't have it.

During past visits we have taken advantage of the free breakfast before leaving, however, this visit we slept in and ended up skipping breakfast to get on the road to beat the traffic on the drive home.

Mobile check-out is great, just open the app, click on Check-out, grab your stuff (leave tip and key cards), and go.

While the exterior might not looks as nice as some of the nearby hotels, the rooms here are great. The studio I stayed in was a really good size. The kitchenette was stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils. There were even some pots and pans to use on the electric stove. I found the in room desk to be a good size. The two seater sofa doubles as a pull out bed in case you need a spot for kids. The king size bed was medium firmness, which is my preference.

The staff here was always friendly and always greeted me when I walked into the lobby area. And the price for my two night stay was reason given the area and events going on (California bar exam).

The continental breakfast had a good variety of items for you to choose from. There were three different cereals, oatmeal, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, English muffins, bagels, mini-donuts, fruit, etc. Oh and Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings they have a mixer event with appetizers and drinks.

Though the interior could use a little facelift, everything works and works well. The room is cleaned every day. The staff is extremely pleasant and engaging in conversation. The rate was very competitive with other lower-rated hotels. Definitely glad I stayed here.

Super nice hotel. Its a bunch of separated buildings. Stayed there with my mom. She is a silver member with Marriott and had ordered just a regular 2 bed room. But they upgraded us to a penthouse due to the membership at no cost. Super nice 2 story room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath and a full on kitchen. Highly recommend!

Nice rooms with kitchenettes. Very clean and quiet. Warm breakfast every morning - very good food with nice variety. I give it 5 stars because of the care, quality of the staff and the rooms are impeccably clean. Love the peace & quiet.

If your looking for LOUD night life - go somewhere else!

The property is well maintained and the rooms are beautiful! It is right across the street from the Ontario Convention Center and not far from the freeway. We stayed in the Penthouse for 4 nights and the experience was great. There was enough room for the kids to have their own space and we weren't all crammed in together. The staff is friendly and we always came back to a nice clean room.

I have stayed here multiple times, and appreciate knowing that the staff are pleasant, responsive, and dedicated to providing their guests with a comfortable experience. This Residence Inn property included breakfast, and the Residence Inn Mix 2-3 times per week. It is an opportunity for guests to socialize, network, and enjoy complimentary food and drinks. This hotel is situated by the convention center, about a mile from the Ontario airport, with quick access to highway 10. The housekeeping team always provide friendly interactions, and anticipate the guest's needs. The front desk associates and friendly and attentive, and always a good source of information for what to see and do in the area, particularly Brianna and Jacob.
