Found a room last minute here for an event happening at the fairplex in Pomona and what a lucky find. Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was very friendly and courteous. Our room was really great. 60’s vibe and spacious. There’s lots of great eats around this area and it’s right next to the freeway. Highly recommend it and would love to stay here again.

I stayed at this Motel one night for Business. I booked online and check in was no hassle. Online it says check in is at 4:00pm I actually checked in at 2:45pm with no issues at all. The room was very clean and spacious. Also the Ac filter was spotless which is always a good sign. The outside was well kept and I didn’t notice any homeless or shady people around. It was also very quiet. There is fast food and a convenience store within walking distance. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6am the staff actually had it ready at 5:00am. They offer a free Airport Shuttle takes about 5min to get to the Airport. The Afternoon and Morning Staff was very nice and professional. Will book here again.

An "older" hotel, but you wouldn't really know it. Because of the fantastic staff and apparent ownership, it has morphed into a wonderful charming hotel among cookie cutter big name hotels.

Staff replaced my room AC in less than an hour with a new unit when the compressor wouldn't stay on. No questions, no hassle, and even a follow-up call a couple of hours later to make sure everything was okay.

If you are coming to the area, you can't beat the bang for your buck, gated parking with lot guard, great pool, and even a grill area to cookout.

Immaculate Beautiful Rooms! Great Service and Amenities Provided! Beds are so Comfortable too! Best of all is the Late check out at 1pm free of charge! Worth the drive from Redlands!

Very easy to get to from ONT Airport. Rooms were nice and the hotel was quiet. They offered free beer and wine out of dispensers when you swipe your room key. I have never experienced that before!

Great location to stay! Jocelyn is the one who checked us in and she was very informative about hotel information and policies. The room we had was king size and it was set up perfectly, organized and clean. I used to be in housekeeping so I always check & our room was clean with perfection! I loved that it was private parking. The only bad comment I have to make which has nothing to do with the hotel, is the road the hotel falls on, it should be repaired asap.

This was an AMAZING find! Older property, but super clean and comfortable with great rates. The shuttle sevuce to/from the airport was prompt and easy to use. Breakfast was also way above average. This place alone might just be enough to always fly out of Ontario.

I am going to try and cover all of the things that I was thinking about when I was looking for hotel

When I went to check in, they found my reservation and I was checked in quickly. I had occasion to talk to two different people behind the front desk, they were both efficient and courteous.
They have a security guard that roams the property. I got lost while I was trying to find my room, and the security guard noticed me wandering around, he was very helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. He was friendly and very helpful and he walked with me until he was sure that I had my bearings and I knew where my room was.
I had a single room with a king size bed. The room is about an average size for a hotel room, maybe a little larger.

The king size bed was on the firm side, and I found it to be very comfortable. All of the bedding was clean and in good condition.
The room had a good size closet. Overall the room was clean and orderly. There was no mildew in the bathroom.

The room smelled ok, there was no odors from smoke or anything else.

The air conditioning worked well and the room was comfortable the entire time I was there.
They have a room service menu that appears to have food supplied by some delivery service. There’s a pretty good selection of food, and prices that are much less expensive that you would expect for room service. I didn’t actually order anything so I can’t comment on the food.

The room also had a microwave, a refrigerator, with a separate freezer that actually worked!
I can’t comment on the TV, because I didn’t watch it. However it was a big TV and it looked nice

I did not see a bug or evidence of a bug the entire time I stayed at the hotel.

The breakfast was absolutely marvelous. Breakfast potatoes, scrambled eggs, pork sausage patty, turkey sausage links, and bacon were on the steam table. They also had a machine to make large waffles and small waffles, instant oatmeal, two kinds of fruit, muffins and bagels. They also had fruit juices, and coffee.

The majority of the parking lot has controlled access. So you have to have hotel room key card in order to enter the parking area.
Parking is free! That as a shock for California hotel.
At no time in afternoon when I arrived or in the morning I departed did I see any people loitering on the property.

I found this hotel on the Internet, and I could not find my usual chain hotel, close to the Ontario airport so I chose the Ontario airport Inn. This hotel exceeded all of my expectations and was cheaper than my usual chain hotel.

My final comment was on one of the things that worried me the most.
The Hotel charges a $50 security deposit in case you damage the room, or smoke in the room.
I was concerned about getting that damage deposit back.
It took about three days, and then they remove the charge for the damage deposit from my credit card. Since I got my damage deposit back, there is absolutely no reason why I will not stay in this hotel the next time I am in the area.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need to go to the Ontario airport.

Absolutely perfect! The service was amazing, the rooms were clean and stocked, they provided information when I needed it and they were just so helpful. This was my first time staying at a hotel by myself and it was absolutely worth it. 10/10 will stay again and I honestly have no complaints.

The front staff was amazing, the beds, room and amenities where great. The breakfast was very good. I have zero complaints and will return!

My go to hotel when I just wanna be alone in a nice well kept environment, the grounds are always well kept, the beds are phenomenal and the patio rooms 3rd floor with the vaulted ceilings feel like home💯👍🏽, can't wait till they get their breakfast situation under way and the conference rooms...

Great hotel, my only complaint is the shower heads are old, crusty and don't dispense water well. Please replace them, they only cost a few bucks......

AMAZING!!! Extremely clean, room was immaculate, very well kept, front desk people were awesome, polite, friendly…room was comfortable and relaxing, I well definitely stay again and will refer it to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Great hotel! They serve breakfast, room was cleaned and stocked, answered all the questions I had, the remote wasn't working and they were prompt to come and replace it, good affordable price and clean outside as well. WORTH IT.

Great service. Very clean room. Lots of little knick knacks given that's really helpful for travelers. Not even very fancy hotels give razor, toothbrush, toothpaste and combs!

Not very far from the airport so hard some planes taking off in the morning. Expected and enjoyed!

I've been coming to this hotel for years; there is something so nostalgic about it. Sure, the decor and construction is a little dated, but I find everything here to be timeless. Certain parts of this hotel remind me of that movie "The Shining" and not in a negative way.

The staff here is super friendly and professional; I've never once had a negative experience from anyone or anything at this hotel. It's in a great area, security on site, and gated parking. So many places nearby to order DoorDash!

The beds are sooo comfy! And the rooms are always clean. If you are looking for something modern and upscale then this is not the place for you. But if you genuinely appreciate classics and nostalgia, then this hotel is a must-stay.

I believe this is the most affordable hotel in the area; I've never once found a hotel that beats their rate and offers so many thoughtful amenities. I highly recommend the Executive King Bed Room with Balcony. Ask for the 3rd floor if it's available, the vaulted ceiling is stunning and really opens the space in the room; no other rooms at this hotel offer it!

Great 2.5 star hotel worth staying not just 1 nights,they have laundry machines for guests and great early check in service.very delicious breakfast,baggel,bread,a lot of choices you can have a full fill morning 🌄

The girls in the front for check in are super helpful!! I spoke to Priscilla before checking in and she was super informative and made it possible to have a successful stay based on that conversation. It was a perfect getaway for my little one and myself!! The pool and yard area is gorgeous! Comfy chairs perfect for laying down/ tanning poolside!! It even has a outdoor grill for your convenience!! The rooms come with a mini fridge a microwave and a full size double mirrored door closet!! The bathroom was stocked with more then shampoo and conditioner it had disposable treasures like a comb tooth brush tooth paste wipes
Shoe cleaner wipes shower cap
And razor and shaving cream!! I couldn't believe how nice it was! Close to Denny's and the 10 freeway and just a 10 min drive from the airport! We will definitely be back!!
The only thing is that it could use some modernizing the walls in the bathroom are kinda peeling off due to humidity and the tiles are a bit cracked. Everything was pristinely clean !! The card said Esmeralda on it so thank you so much to her as well!

I visited my dad at this hotel while he was in town. My goodness, the staff at this hotel were just so very nice. The free shuttle came and picked me up. No worries about getting a ride to and from the airport. He was checked in quickly, and they gave me a downstairs room since they knew he was tired and had lots of luggage. The view was wonderful. The room was comfortable and quiet, and again, the shuttle took me back to the airport in good time to catch my flight. This was a very pleasant surprise to stay at this inn, and he will definitely use it again because they have park and ride. There are lots of places to eat that's walking distance.

Stayed two nights, nice rooms, wonderful staff, great free breakfast, and airport shuttle service. FIVE STARS
