I have to disagree with the negative reviews. We got the system installed and absolutely love it. Our water quality is so much better and never once had an issue. The installer did say to change the filter yearly and gave us all the info we needed to maintain our water system. Customer service was definitely a plus and we will be referring people.

I dont know why i didnt get this a long time ago. I was waisting money on water bottles. Good thing I found this system and couldn’t go wrong with it. 3:30am we all wake up and drink that nice good purified water. Thank you for your good service
