Hopscotch and I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was so kind. They were able to see him on a walk-in basis, which I really appreciated. You can tell they love our pets as much as we love them. Cost was reasonable based on my experience with other vets in the inland empire. Although it is a bit far from home, I might be coming here from now on. Thanks!!

Doctor Adam is AMAZING. My cat had a soft palate and nose discharge. I was quoted thousands of dollars for surgery from other locations. However, Heritage Animal Hospital made this surgery possible. Her surgery was affordable and most importantly improved my cats quality of life. Thank you so much doctor Adam! I’m going to take my other fur babies here from now on.

Trust the reviews ! Very clean , considerate and fair pricing . They don’t practice in up charges or hidden fees . Dr Ellis was fantastic and front office was super helpful. Vet tech very caring and gentle with my cat, she even called the next day to make sure my cat handled the vaccines well . Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate their practices !

Everyone I interacted with is competent and friendly. The front desk was able to get me an appointment only two days later. The vet tech who was the first to look at my cats is clearly experienced and handled my cats with care, compassion, and securely. Dr. Ellis is the third veterinarian that I have used and I will stay with her as long as she practices. She is friendly, efficient, answers questions fully, and gives actionable advice. The prices for the services we received and a procedure that we're planning for one of the cats are perfectly reasonable.

I brought a stray cat from work property in to have a lower jaw abcess treated. We call her Ming Mong Murder Mittens because she does such a good job with rodent control. Staff did a great job communicating options and costs as well they were able to take her in on standby drop off service due to urgent care need. Staff contacted and sought clear approval of services before treatment and then called for discharge pickup. This was soo convenient. Staff was very professional and kind. Once Ming Ming Murder Mittens returned home she showed no signs of emotional stress from the experience and has been recovering well. Staff even reported that she was very cooperative during her stay.

I have never had anything but exceptional service from Heritage. The front desk girls are very friendly and accommodating, the vet techs always show my fur babies love and respect and Dr Bory’s thoroughness avoids repeated, unnecessary trips. I am so thankful for the attention to detail and empathy we receive here when we bring the babies in for TLC.

Dr. Gifford is amazing! She really cared about my senior cat and not the money aspect like so many other practices. Was also able to get an appointment very quickly, same day was available!!! A little pricey but very good care overall. Highly recommend!

The lobby and exam rooms were very clean. The staff was very welcoming and took good care of my pet.
The fees were reasonable. I will definitely be making this my dogs new vet.

I love this hospital. The staff are very nice and always professional. Dr. Ellis is wonderful at explaining options. I never feel jipped or overcharged. Highly recommend if you live local to Fontana/Rancho!

Amazing staff and vets. All are very friendly and intently listens to your concerns regarding your pets' health. We've been taking our furbabies since 2017 when the vet was still Dr. Heisi and have stayed with them through vet changes to Dr. Borquist and now Dr. Ellis.

I found this vet while searching the internet. My pup gets excellent attention here and I'm very happy with his doctor. The staff is great too. I would highly recommend them. The attention Dr. Ellis shows my pup is excellent and I trust taking my pup there. He is comfortable around her. She provides quality care and addresses all of my concerns. She also makes sure that I don't have any other questions before I leave.

Before visiting the awesome healers here at Heritage Animal Hospital, I felt mentally & physically exhausted watching Winter (My 2 year old Presa Canario) struggle from severe allergies that left both her eyes bruised from uncontrollable scratching.

The staff was friendly and understanding. As a new pup mom they were patient and answered all my questions. They were very thorough in explanining potential side effects and instructions for medications my puppies needed
