Upland Animal Hospital

The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. They truly care about their patients and my dog has always been treated with the highest quality of care. It is very organized here and it almost feels like it's a doctors office for humans. The doctor is very educated in the field and his friendly demeanor makes my pets feel safe. My dog isn't afraid to come here, he knows it's a place where he can get help. They treat them with great care, give updates, and follow up calls. They do not lie or scam like other vet offices. I have since then switched my cats over to them as well even though this office is far from where I live it is worth the drive.

I love this office. Ive taken my yorkie a few times and shes treated so well and the prices for treatment are very fair. Id recommend them to anyone.

Truly Amazing! My 2yr old baby was acting very suspicious and I need her to urgently be seen. I called at 8:30am and they offered me the drop off service and explained the process. I went in the office immediately and took my baby right away. They saved my baby life! I am forever grateful that God sent me to this facility. Truly amazing! Compassionate, caring, and professional. The staff are very friendly! You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being of your pet. Many other veterinary offices can be very mean and judgmental but everyone here was very kind and didn't treat me like I was stupid. My cat Pearl is very skittish when at the vet and they weren’t mean to her, they tried to calm her down and were very kind. Everyone here, and I mean everyone, is absolutely amazing!

My dog Stinky had her emergency surgery there. The staff is very smart and empathetic. I felt very welcomed for the crazy mental state of thinking I was gonna lose my doggo.

We now live in the Pacific Northwest as of April this year after moving from Upland to Ventura County and lived out there for 9 years. But sometime in the summer of 2012 I had the opportunity to come with my dad one time ten years ago shortly after we adopted our cat, Samantha, who we still have to this day and she’s doing great, being her pushy dominant self as always! Dr. Helsted and his staff were were very kind to us.

It’s hard to come across such caring, kind, and helpful vet clinic, they are so attentive and they are easy to get in contact with, super friendly staff, that care about your pet and your concerns, so glad I went and got peace of mind. Will recommend!

My family has used Upland Animal hospital since I was a child. The staff has always been so caring and taken great care of our fur babies. We have always been able to get care when our pet(s) need it.

Drove 50 miles as nothing near my home was open on a Sunday. Due to a cancellation i was able to get my dog in. Love that they are open 7 days a week. Staff is very thurough, always ask if you have any questions, facility was clean, Dr.'s and staff went above and beyond. Called and followed up as promised. Pricing was very fair! Receptionist, a young lady, heard my heart hurt for my dog and when the dr said they could not squeeze me in, checked the schedule and saw someone had cancelled and was able to get me in. Dr and assitants were awesome! Went over procedures and pricing, very fair. Did not force anything and provided many options. The fact that the Dr would call in the morning and night as they said they would. Hard to come by these days. Honest, fair, and reliable!

Upland hospital staff is beyond amazing. They are always so friendly and made me feel at peace when my puppy had to have surgery. My puppy had to have an emergency surgery and the staff was there to answer all my questions.

Overall been taking my fur babies thier whole life. I been going to Uplamd Animal Hospital for 6 years now. No regrets! Friendly and on point. Great customer service. Trusted. And kind. Amazing and clean environment. Highly recommend. Amazing work and trust worth

Upland Animal Hospital on Grove Ave in Rancho Cucamonga is a great place to take care of your pets of all ages they are very caring and loving at this facility. Janice Robinson

My experience is thus, of all the vets I have taken my dogs too. This is the only vet who took my dog and watched her for a couple hours. Found that she had an infection in her mouth and gave me the proper pills to get her better. Alas she passed away due to a stroke and I came here and had her put down. I miss that noble dog. And these vets were empathetic the whole way. Even called to check on the her. So I give them a five star for that as well as giving veteran discounts.
