Thought my poor baby Milo had a lypoma, but turns out it was just irritated skin and scratching! Dr. Lopez was amazingly sweet and compassionate! Even Cynthia and Rob up front were very respectful and considerate. Thank you again for getting my fur baby taken care of so quickly!!(:

My dog was experiencing a pain in his back area. We went to a vet nearby and upland, and just touched his back but not finding the source of the issue so they just gave my dog medication but the problem was I wanted to know the source of the issue. I have came to this before I come. They were very professional and wanted to find the source of my puppies issue. They ran some physical test on him and some mental test on him to see where his problem was and they eventually did tell me that he has back issues because of jumping so much, I would’ve never known this if I wouldn’t come to this place sooner. Thank you so much.

My fur baby was in pain and Dr Guirges made him feel better right away. I have been taking all my babies to see Dr Guirges at Baseline Animal Hospital for many many years because of the great care they get and I will continue to do so.

This hospital saved my Papillon Chihuahua from certain death after she was preyed on by a large owl. I was terrified of losing my baby and the amazing staff at Baseline Animal Hospital did everything they could to keep her alive. Three years later my little Daisy is happy, healthy, and cute as ever! We also visit every month to maintain a treatment plan for chronic allergy and skin issues. I spent years trying to find a vet who could effectively treat her and I will never go anywhere else because of the success we’ve had with this team. The staff genuinely cares about you and your pet and I trust that they handle my little one with love and care. We love Baseline Animal Hospital and are so grateful to have found them.

I wish that I could give them 10 stars. I also wish that I lived in the area because this would be my pets’ vet for life. I am only in the area for a couple of weeks. I scheduled an appointment for a domestic health certificate (moving to Hawai’i) and everything else that comes with that process (if you know, you know. It’s extremely stressful and tedious). I wish I could remember every staff members name. Everyone worked together on my dog’s case, communicated effectively, very detail oriented, listened to my concerns, and helped me deal with previous incompetent veterinarians’ mistakes. The staff was extremely knowledgeable in the process and are still helping me work through said issues even after my dog’s appointment is paid out and done. I’m super pregnant and super stressed about my 12 year old fur babies well-being and the fe ar of her being quarantined on island for 30 days. They treated me so kindly, patiently, and even brought me snacks. My dog, Jenna was treated very well and she didn’t seem scared at all under their care. I can’t thank them enough.

This place is awesome. I went 2 Vets in my area and no one could stop the bleeding on my boxers ear. They took good care of her and reasonable.

The vet took the time to listen to my concerns about my dog's issues and gave me very practical advice and mentioned things he does to keep his own pets healthy. He was not rushed but focused on my issues.

My dog got a barbed cactus spine about an inch long stuck under the skin on his chest. They were able to squeeze me in almost immediately and get it taken care of. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning.

I take all my cats and dogs to this Hospital and have for years. When making my appointment I have no preference which doctor they see because they get great care from both! My cat recently got sick and I called for an emergency appointment, they got me in right away! She was severely dehydrated and was admitted for two days. Molly recovered and is doing just fine now for a 14 year old cat. Great care and love! Staff is so caring and knowledgeable. Five Stars! They deserve it..

This was my first visit to Baseline and boy am I impressed. The staff from the reception area to the tech, and Dr. Guirges were incredible. The Dr. took his time with me, gave a complete quote up front and explained everything thoroughly. My cat Poo has chronic asthma and has had it for several years. They gave him a shot of medicine and a shot of antibiotics. He did explain he would need to do blood work on him, which I understand. The pricing quoted was about half of my previous Vet, and the compassion shown by all the staff was beyond belief! I want to give a shout out to Nancy Guirges (the wife of the Vet, and office manager) for getting me set up with the office (she is a client of our business) I want to say that first impressions do count and I am thoroughly grateful to everyone at Baseline!

I have brought my Boston Terriers here almost their whole life. Dr Guirges has always been very clear with me, and I felt the response to what they needed was appropriate. And when I didn’t have the money or wasn’t sure which treatment I could do, he never pressured me. He gave me different options and let me choose. I would highly recommend them, they're very kind and never overwhelming. < 3

I have been using this vet for 15+ years. They are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, and understanding. They will help work with you as much as they can.
The doctors are great and very kind to your pet.
The only thing I have to say that is negative is when it was an emergency and I needed to get my cat in to be put to sleep, they wouldn't find time for me.

I took my dog to other establishments and then here. At this hospital I had a great experience with scheduling NOW. In other words, I was told to come now as opposed to waiting for appointment and was served within 10 min of arrival. Service was courteous, check in fast and friendly. Hospital is VERY clean and professional looking compared to other establishments. I get updates on vaccines via email and their prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking around the building, easy access from Baseline Avenue.
I do not thing I will be looking for any other hospital in the near future. Great experience overall. I give them 10 out of 10 points. And no, I am not their employee nor family member nor friend. Just pretty satisfied customer.

This was unfortunately my first and last time there as our family dog was suffering from in-operable internal bleeding and had to be put down. This was quite a shock and they allowed us as much time as needed for the entire family to say our good byes.
All of the staff including the veterinarian were very compassionate and caring for both the family and Freckles.
I would highly recommend them and if we get another pet this will be our vet of choice.

We took our little old man (cat) to Dr. Guirges when he was in need of real professional help. He was old and starting to have his health issues really effect him. Dr. Guirges and the staff at Baseline Animal Hospital were so caring, loving, and showed indescribable compassion to help our cat. It felt that we were actually being taken care of in good hands. Unfortunately for the long month that our kitty fought to keep going, it was very sad that it was his time. We are so grateful of the opportunity that had to spend with our cat for one last month before he went to kitty heaven. Thank you again, Dr. Guirges and to the staff at Baseline Animal Hospital.

Excellent service! My cat needed to be seen for an upper respiratory infection and they worked with me to have him seen that same day. They followed up the next day to ask how he was doing which is not something vets often do so that was very much appreciated.

We've been bringing our cats here for 10 years and love the vets/staff. Very thorough, friendly and they know their business. We've never had a single issue. Nothing but good treatment -- of us and our cats.

we have been using baseline animal hospital since 1995.we have all the confidence in the the world in the entire staff. the front staff has always been curtius and helpful.we have complete confidence in the doctors and we feel our pets have always been in the best of hands when we leave them there to take care of any medical needs the may need. we highly recommend them to all pet owners
