Cup Bowl Pho - Hot Pot & Tea

We got the house special hotpot, spring rolls, vietnamese coffee and a beef and rice plate for my 1 1/2 year old son. We absolutely loved everything! The staff was awesome. They were beyond great. The food was amazing, every bite was delicious.

I'm Just mad at myself for not stopping by long ago, We will definitely go back.

This was a really good place for hot pot. We have the choice of choosing either rice, vermicelli, or ramen for the hot potm The owner who was super friendly, came over to make sure we were enjoying our food. It did take a while for the food to boil because everything is freshly put into the pot rather than steamed beforehand. There were sauces and extra condiments on the side that you can get. I recommend getting the fried garlic and onions. Owner also recommends trying the green sauce. I definitely recommend trying this place out! I would for sure come back here again if I get the chance to.

This place is super delicious and the food is even more fresh! The owner is kind and funny who aims to please! Try the hot pots and the Pho is Amazing!

Went to this place last night very clean, great customer service. Food is fresh! There are tons of pho places in the IE but not many hot pot places. I highly recommend going here if you are looking for an amazing selection of hot pots. The owner has great energy and is super friendly and helpful. He is also great at recommending items for first time guests and will explain to you how to eat the hot pot! This is definitely going to be my new regular spot and you honestly can’t beat the prices for food this fresh!

This place offers a lot of variety. They have really good hot pot! And Vietnamese food. Tons of drink options. And they have a sauce bar!!! I've never seen a sauce bar at any other Vietnamese or hot pot restaurant. This restaurant is really unique! Very good food with excellent service.

I did get sauce for dipping my hot pot but you really don't need it because the flavor is already perfect. Very impressed with this place. And I actually feel like they're under charging. $11.99 for hot pot when other places are $16-18. Premium ingredients they should at least charge $15, but I'm not complaining I'm just surprised the quality and price and amount of food!!

This place's hotpot is awesome and very flavorful. I ordered the tom yum one and would highly recommend it. The place was busy even at 2pm so make sure you have time to wait. The sauce station offers variety of option including a special house sauce that tastes great. Would recommend this place to bring friends and would go again.

I had a great time and received wonderful service @ Cup Bowl. The Pho was excellent, the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I would give Cup Bowl 10 out of 5 stars if I could. I love Cup Bowl at Ontario. The owner is super cool. The food is delicious. I go here in the winter time for some good hot pot soup to warm us up. They also have other Vietnamese rice dishes if that’s what your craving. Come here and check it out.

Great food and big servings. The hot pot is so delicious and very fun to watch it cook at your table. The owner took time to spend with each customer helping them to order and thanking them for visiting. That special attention is great to see and rare in a place where the food as well as service is a wonderful thing to receive. Thank you I will be back alot.

This place is awesome restaurant in Ontario. They serve Pho and other Vietnamese food from opening to 5:00pm. After that, they open their new section of dining--the self-served hot pot & grill which basically, you come and take whatever you want in their fridge--meat, seafood, vegetable, etc... and come to your table and do it on your own. This concept is very amazing; you can hang out with your friend and family whole night because they open late until midnight. Highly recommend! This place is a must-try out some time!

I came with no expectations. Wow this place blew me away with their whole lobster hotpot. The soup base was extremely flavorful. It's like a melody of every asian country all in one pot. First time having hot pot where no sauce was needed. Yummy is all I can say. The lobster was extremely fresh and cooked to perfection. The owner came by to check on us and told us how his lobster comes in daily and you can definitely taste the freshness. We also had the filet mignon on sizzling plate. It was delicious as well. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. For sure going back to try other items on the menu. All their food was like a explosion of flavors in my mouth. Love it.

This place is a hidden little gem right next door to the police department on Archibald St. Cup Bowl didn't look too busy so we decided give it a try at 10pm. There was plenty of seating and the table had all the condiments you needed. (Chopsticks, spoons, forks, soy sauce, sauces, napkins). Service was pretty quick & VERY attentive, servers would always ask if we needed anything every time they walked by. I ordered a Jasmine Green Tea Boba, the Vermicelli Noodle #33 Grilled Beef Eggroll + Shrimp ($9.99), & my friend ordered the HotPot Satay ($12.99).

I think I just found my favorite place for pho near my house. We decided to try Cup Bowl Pho last night as we didn't feel like making food at home. It's located in a complex next to 24 Hr Fitness. Plenty of parking in the front and back of the establishment. They offer lots of items but I was craving pho. I ordered the chicken pho and my husband ordered the house special pho. The portions are very generous and the broth tastes amazing. The broth is very clear and not overpowering (just the way we like it).
As for the service, the two girls that were in the front were very nice and efficient. They brought us two cups of water before we sat at the table and they were very attentive with our water refills (that's a plus in an asian restaurant).
I will definitely be coming back and trying the other dishes.

Delicious food, generous portions, very affordable, and good service! First visit and very impressed with the menu selection and warm welcome by the owner Mike. Will definitely return to try the other menu items. Loved the variety of spice rack items too!

Pho broth was very flavorful. We ordered a large bowl with rare steak. Added bean sprouts, Thai basil, and sliced jalapeños. We split the bowl. Also ordered the combo (shrimp, beef, chicken and plenty of different veggies, ie broccoli, cabbage, carrots, Napa cabbage, etc. over crunchy noodles with a flavor intense gravy. Will definitely be back when we are in southern CA again to try other dishes and their hot pots. Big Variety of ingredients , extremely reasonably priced and very healthy portions. We had doggie bags to take home.

The cashier guy with glasses is extremely nice I felt comfortable and happy with his customer service. The food is yummy too peach soda is my favorite beverage and my daughter loves thai tea we just go in to order beverages sometimes

This place is so good! Very clean, fast and polite service and the Pho is Bomb!! I got the beef filet pho (large bowl) tasted fresh even though my girlfriend and I came late 45min before closing. I am definitely going to be coming back soon, especially with winter coming.
