My experience was great! I was at work when i called! and Johnson was very helpful, patient, polite and knowledgeable. after telling him about my 3 kids he found what i needed at rate i was able to afford. I love it when i get an agent loves there job. :-)

I spoke with Cynthia and she was very helpful and called me back right away about my car insurance quote. Yeah I’m sure you get what you pay for for but honestly all insurance companies are pretty slimy so might as well go with an affordable one. Plus she was very nice and answered all of my questions. I loved my experience.

The Customer Service I received was outstanding. The company representative was very professional and courteous. He made the purchase of an Auto Insurance Policy simple. Even with a couple of add-ons to the policy there was no question He got it added without any negative attitude.

I have just recently returned to driving and before I could finish the process with The General, Sumner called ME and I received a quote that turned out better than anything else I saw. He quickly got all my information while having a nice conversation with me making me feel like I was talking to someone I already knew. Experience was great, Jonathan is a very respectful individual. He almost made the process to good to be true at times but I'm glad i worked an spoke with him about my insurance. Now I am squared away and ready to go .

My experience with Sumner is totally based off the customer service rep Mr.Jonathan Huang. I can go to any insurance broker n have them find/quote me the best deals. What made my experience standout was the ease I felt speaking with him. The non judgement n casual conversation that made me feel comfortable during transactions. I am a returning customer n will continue to renew my policy based off the customer service.

The insurance agent that dealt with me was named Jacob. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. He literally went above and beyond. Very personable, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Did everything possible to help me out and it really turned my day around given the situation I was in. If everyone encountered customer service like the kind he provided we would all be in better shape. I hope the company knows what a solid, more than decent employee they have there.
