Jason Tate was Amazing! I was so stressed out about making my claim on my car. This was my first accident ever so I had no idea what to do. I went in and he made the process so easy and stress free. He was was so nice and considerate and made the process so much easier. I would also like to add that his office is very clean and his staff was so nice and welcomed me when I walked in. I didn’t even have to sit and wait to talk to someone. They helped me right away. Thank you for the help. So glad I have Jason Tate as my insurance agent.

This has been my go to insurance ever since I started to drive. Jason is always sure to make sure my needs are met and do whatever he can to find me the best deal. I remember my first accident and I had to file a claim. He was able to get me connected with a rental car immediately and the repairs were done within the next week. I was amazed at how great the care was and how quickly I was taken care of. Due to the military I unfortunately had to switch Allstate agencies, but Jason did his research and made sure he found me an Agent that he would trust, and I again have not been disappointed. I will be sure to go back to Jason Tate’s Allstate as soon as I move back home with my family. His office so friendly and clean, and you won’t be disappointed!

The only reason they get one star is because the young lady in the office was amazingly nice and tried to help. I showed up to this office for help with a claim issue and the girl was very nice. Jason, however, was rude. I CALMLY told him my issue and he told me I was wrong. I have a 2017 Nissan Versa that needs extensive repair. Allstate estimator stated a recycled quarter panel would be used. There are none in the spokane area at all. I called Spaldings myself. The nearest one is in Colorado and takes 2 weeks to get here. I told Jason it was two weeks out. This is the point where he told me I was wrong and the body shop was wrong. I stated that my rental needed to be extended due to the long amount of time and my 30 days would be up before my car was fixed. At this point Jason told me to stop yelling (I wasn't) and I said I hadn't yet. Jason threatened to call 911 to have me removed. He then emailed my agent on the north side and told them I was causing a ruckus. He is a liar. I left the building and went to my car at which point I was upset and needed a moment to cool down before leaving. I can only assume he emailed my agent again because his assistant called me and told me to leave Jason's parking lot. I had to drive upset because of this man. I highly recommend that if you choose to go through Allstate (I dont recommend you do for other reasons but this review is for Jason so I will not go into that) that you go to a different agent. Jason has no compassion, no regard for humans, and is rude, and a liar. Instead of finding a way to help, he chose to lie about my actions, threaten to call 911 on me, and sias "you are not my problem". Go somewhere else if you can. He is a plague to humanity.
