SpringHill Suites by Marriott Ontario Airport/Rancho Cucamonga

Room was spacious and clean! Front desk was very helpful when we had questions about parking. Conveniently close to the airport as well, ubering to and from the airport was very cheap.

Absolutely loved this Springhill! I stay at Marriott properties weekly for work. This was gem. Great location, pool and hot tub were spectacular. Beds were really comfortable. The airport is really close, so be prepared for plane noises from 7am-10pm, but really not bad, especially if you are on the mountain side. Close to the Ontario Mills mall. Highly recommend enjoying some of the Vietnamese and Indian food in the area - really incredible options. Bone & Broth was incredible! If you are looking for more standard faire, there is an El Torito, Olive Garden, Black Angus, and In n' Out really close. The only thing, was parking is $8. I understand because of it's location being close to airport people might abuse the parking, but it was unusual to pay for parking at a Springhill....especially in such a suburban area. But all things considered, really not an issue for what you get. I will be staying here for future trips in the area.

Wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and the Rooms were clean, spacious & very accommodating for a family with children. The breakfast was full and satisfying including but not limited to fresh waffles and an Oatmeal bar with walnuts, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, and raisins as accompaniments. Coffee was also on point - rich & full bodied - even the decaf! Would certainly stay again.

Stood here for the night and got a good room. They had the living room separated, and we had two king beds, but the door to the bathroom was a bit weird. It's a sliding door, and the pressure to the shower was on the weak side. We did get complimentary breakfast in the morning. When you take the elevator to your room, there is tagging on the door like someone carved into it, which makes the place look a bit ghetto. There isn't anything around the hotel, so if you want to do something, you will need to drive around. The room was nice to crash in.

My go to hotel when staying in the area. Rooms are clean and have what you need. Rates are always fair.

Breakfast is not great.

I'm an over the road truck driver. So while I was doing my reset I chose this hotel. All I can say is LOVE! Contemporary decor (beautiful). Comfy bed, beautiful bathroom, immaculate cleanliness. Staff was super nice and welcoming. It's near the airport but you don't hear a thing. Give it a 10 star ❤❤❤

I stay here often. Very close to the airport. Quite. Nice rooms. Breakfast buffet. Everything I've come to expect from Marriott.

Shawn and Oscar at the front desk and kitchen were fantastic. Breakfast was over but i got there just as they closed down. I needed to have something in my stomach for medication. They went ahead and served me 2 omelettes and sausage patties. They were happy to help, very kind and gracious.

I love the location. The area feels safe, and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast is great with multiple simple healthy options. Professional and kind Front desk personal. Best Hotel near the foot hills.

I stayed here last night with my 7 yr old and my hubby. My daughter enjoyed her night stay claiming it was a nice, clean, bug free room! She bragged all day about how great her sleep was. This was a last minute reservation after going to LA Zoo, we couldn’t wait to shower and rest for the night. My little girl went to sleep after 10 minutes of laying in the comfy bed. Everything seemed clean in the room, once we walked in we started looking for bugs and all corners were super clean. We recommend this place. Great staff at the front desk!

We stayed the last week at this property. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was great even when we checked in after midnight. The room was well appointed and comfortable. Midst of the hotel was booked for a EDM concert/rave but the guests were all great. As I said all the staff was great except for Pattie who was fantastic! She had the best breakfasts and incredible attitude! We hit breakfast one day just as it closed and she packed up a Togo bag. The food she served was warm, tasty and there was enough for everyone! Will definitely stay ther again!

I reached out to this Hotel Following a terrible experience I had at a different Hotel and Jeff at the front desk was so helpful and Kind. I truly appreciate the time he took to answer my questions as best he could before I even booked my stay. Jeff was also there when I finally checked in and was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The morning front desk staff was so friendly and kind. The Gentleman tending the Breakfast area was very nice and worked diligently to keep the area clean and food stocked. Very pleasant experience. I'll definitely recommend and stay here again

Stayed overnight for a local softball tournament. We arrived late and left fairly early, but for our stay it was perfect. There was easy on/off access to the freeway, simple breakfast, clean room, extra "office space" in the room and it had a refrigerator and microwave. I would highly suggest this location!

Amazing staff, great location, and well kept facilities. Heated pool and heated spa was a huge plus for my two kids. Our family recently stayed at this hotel for 3-nights. From the moment we walked in until we checked out, the staff always had a smile and very welcoming. What stood out the most was the Guest Services employee named Oscar. Wow, I cant even begin to tell you how kind and accomodating he was! My two kids even enjoyed the conversation they had with him. Oscar, you are such a wonderful person, thank you!

Being a relatively new hotel, everything in the building is impeccably clean. The room's decor is modern and chic. The room's are better laid out than other SpringHill Suites that we have stayed out. The breakfast was good and typical of hotels serving hot breakfasts. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Beds were very comfortable. Clean and quiet, nice location. Close to airport but not noticeable. Breakfast was just ok, but it was nice to have options besides grab and go. Coffee bar was a nice touch. They cut back on items on the weekend. Gentleman working breakfast was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
