You can always tell a Mexican food place is pretty good because they have a salsa bar with options. The food was a great portion and delicious. The star was super friendly and helpful. Lots of options to choose from too.

This place. Oh my gosh. This place has by far the best rolled tacos on the market. The craftsmanship is exquisite. Each bit has equal part guacamole for cheese and the last sixth of each taco is left bare so there is a place to grab them to eat. As you bite, the crunch factor is incredibly high where you are rewarded with a delectable shredded beef interior; all for under $6. Absolutely mind blowing. Add this place to the list men, it will bring warmth to your soul.

A group of 6 of us went there for ther first time. Ordered menudo, machaca, carnitas, breakfast burrito, among other items. All was fresh, tasty and generously portioned. The salsa bar had a great selection of mild to spicy salsas, condiments as well and pickled carrots and onions.
Not a fancy restaurant, but clean and comfortable.
Most of us had leftovers to take home!

Wow, lived around the corner for a year and finally tried this place. Wish I hadn't waited so long! First off this is one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in and the while time I was there they were constantly changing which is quite unusual these days but makes the food taste even better I think. Just came for a breakfast burrito which was fantastic with chorizo. The salsa bar is great and they actually bring the heat which is the perfect touch on a burrito. I'll be back soon to try out more of the menu.

Driving through the area and based on reviews, family and I decided to try it. The food was scrumptious (nachos, taquitos, bean burrito & beef tacos)! The staff (owners?) working were nice too. I would definitely recommend this place!

Went in and just asked for a burrito Grande with steak it was loaded down with steak guacamole and beans it was awesome added a bunch of cilantro, onions, and salsa from the bar. For just over five bucks the thing was huge, but I thought it was funny I asked for queso and they gave me shredded cheddar

Work next to the new one in Cardiff, food is great not to expensive and Fabiola and Sara are so sweet. Drive through is convenient with the distance thing going on also.

Tried 3 different burritos, carnitas, fish and carne asada. All were tasty, quickly made and best value. Plus the salsas and pickled veggies were perfect

Been going here for ages. Majority of the time food is great. Very rare occasion the switch there meat. Different taste but still good.

Friendly Staff, Awesome crispy carnitas in the burrito! It's a bit hidden off the road but if your in the area looking for a quick and clean place to eat try this place out.

Great choice in Encinitas. Family owned and operated. I've been coming here when they were on Rancho Santa Fe and Encinitas Blvd. Always great service and nice to support local businesses.

They have the best tacos at a great price. A customer for over 10 years.
