In the summer of 2023, after living in Solana Beach for 41 years, we had decided to sell our home to move to a retirement community. At that time the rapid rise in mortgage interest rates had changed the housing market from a strong sellers' market to one with few buyers or sellers. Bob, John, and Katie were able to find us a buyer in three week's time. The buyers are a delightful younger couple that will be a great addition to our old neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased with the Griswold group.

I can't speak highly enough about The Griswold Group! They were instrumental in my purchasing a dream home for $55K under the original listing price. John, Katie and Bob work tirelessly behind the scenes, with an unprecedented attention to detail. While this was my third real estate transaction, it was filled with more complications than you can imagine and even as a veteran investor there is no way I would’ve closed this deal without The Griswold Group.

The tech companies like Purple Bricks may tout rebates and other perks for homebuyers, but there’s nothing that can compete with the genuine relationships that The Griswold Group creates with both their clients [like me] and their counterparts [the sellers and selling agent, in this case]. Purple Bricks may get you a $3K rebate, but this comes at a much greater cost of being passed down a line of employees who don’t care if you could save more, or close on your home at all. The Griswold Group got me $2500 off closing costs and an upgraded home warranty ON TOP OF $55K off the original listing price.

At the end of the day, this business is about people, and The Griswold Group gets great deals done by building relationships with everyone involved. Their going the extra mile has clearly allowed them to showcase decades of success. For what will likely be one of the biggest decisions of your life, you couldn't ask for a better team.
