Carlsbad Alkaline Water

I'm not sure what I'm getting in the water I get there. My only complaint is the cost. Water is over $1.00 per gallon, I bring my own refillable bottles, and there is no customer service because I'm dealing with vending machines, which I have to wait for, I do all the packaging.
My reason for going is not the water because I can get that anywhere but that I can get drive up and refill my bottles I own.
I would suggest they add a hose so I don't have to run the bottles back and forth.

Absolutely the best Water! It’s super easy to get in and out of the filling area. There are multiple machines so even if there is a way it never takes long. The machine does not accept $20 bills but if you go during the day they have a little building that they sell water bottles, caps and will give you change. the filling area is open 24 seven so you can go anytime.

We are moving to LA and just realized how we can’t live without Carlsbad Alkaline Water! Do you have a delivery service to LA? I will miss the water so much; we’ve been drinking only this water for 15 years. I also use it for cooking. Great tasting alkaline water for $1 a gallon. Dispenser takes cash only, coins $1 $5 $10 bills, bring crisp bills for easy transaction. Parkings are available right in front of the dispenser for your convenience. There’s nothing to complain about here. Thanks for your service!

Delicious healthy water, right from the source! Sometimes it gets crowded, but the vending machines are open 24/7. Cash only, $10 bills and smaller. Bring your own bottles, of course!

It's amazing how this alkaline water. In Carlsbad making a difference in a life with a lot of people. Water is so good when you drink another water you can feel the difference 5 star. For this place.

Great tasting water for a great price. If only it wasn't such a drive to get there. The price went up to $6.00 for 5 gallons, but that is still a great bargain.

Hello all looking to save $$ on quality water! We used to buy it at Costco until we heard we could buy direct. We live in the Murrieta/Temecula area so it’s a bit of a drive and that’s why we bring 6 - 5 Gal bottles. Current cost is $1 per gallon up to 5 gallons at a time. They can make change during normal hours otherwise bring $1, $5 and $10 or change. Enjoy the best natural alkaline artesian water since 1882!

Buy the glass 5 gallon with handle to assure you get the cleanest.... pure water. It makes a difference.

Nowadays you have to be really careful with the water we drink. Fluoride is added to many water's including city water. If you Google where Fluoride came from and how it was used in WWII it will blow your mind. ( just trying to help, that's all)

Happy that we found this place. There is a store with glass, plastic 1,2,3,5 gallons. They also selling stands for bottles etc

Nice and easy to use. Bring cash. They sell gallon bottles and they take card for that but still bring like $10 bucks or more in singles and 5s since that's what the machines take. Easy parking and use. Great experience. Will definitely try again.

Staple in town. Once a month we fill up our 5 gallon bottles. Just make sure you have cash on hand. Usually pretty busy, but plenty of parking and short wait.

1.20$ a gallon for fresh artesian water. Very blessed to have this in North County 🙏

Can only speak to the customer service so far. 5 Star service. We were rookies today and the lady there (forgot to get her name) was more than helpful walking us through everything:)
