Easy and simple unloading, you have to park on the street and walk to check in, I got a dock immediately less than two hours when I was out, you will have to pay lumpers they only accept cash or EFS

Entry to dock from S sterling ave. Park your truck on street(middle lane or curb) like everyone else. Go inside with paper work. They may take you in early if door available otherwise they will call you. Unloading is quick. 200$ lumper fee

Opens at midnight. You can check in anytime after that. Park on Sterling Ave., and walk paperwork in to main building. They'll give you a door right then, if one is available. Drive down to Cedar and make a right. Turn right at second gate. You'll have to make a right after you come in gate and back up to your spot. There is a wall in front, but there's plenty of room between docks. The lady in the office and the guy in receiving were very nice. Lumper amount varies.

Checked in, assigned door, unloading started quickly thereafter. Experienced drivers will have no problems. Usually enough area to turn around when you enter the dock area. You definitely need to know what you're doing, but easy if you do. The picture with the drawing on it: if you hug the wall you can easily turn around.

Very Fast had a 5am appointment was in dock at 445 and completely unloaded at 6am. Make sure you park on the street and walk to building for check in. If you have AT&T service is not so great.

Park on the street then go to check in front office appointment time is 5 : am check in 4.0am and check out time 6.37am

They load quick. Friendly to drivers. They let you used their restroom. No have to go to the sauna porter potty like other DC.

The only bad thing about this place is if u make a delivery u need to back in off the street not alot of room to turn around in the lot but other then that the people in there are really nice and easy to get along with

Great experience, backing wasn't bad at all, there is a lumper fee. Parking is on the street. Park, go to the office to check in. The counter girls were very nice, polite, respectful. I got a call to go to the door about 10 minutes before my appointment, got in the door, unloaded and gone quickly! I definitely would come here again!

Park on the street . Check in at 4:50 sm check out at 6:00 am . Great service nice staff .

Very good service nice staff my appointment 11pm and im to late like around 2:30am but check in lady very nice she give me door right way and unloading just 15 minutes and lumper fee $200 to $250 overnight parking is available on sterling street

Usually you can start checking in at 3 AM even if your appointment is at 6 AM park on the street walk into the office building fill out the little slip. She will call you if she has a door ready or else you’ll get it as soon as you turn in your paper, you pull in from the south side of the building, once you’re parked and chocked turn in paper to the Lumpers and pay the fee cash only they will come out and hand you your paperwork when empty take the paper back to the front office and you will get the original paperwork

Easy, 1-2h unloading, appointment was 19:00. Checked in 40 min earlier at 19:00 phone call give door. Tight reversing but can be done , some truck stops are worse to reverse.

2nd time here .
Arrived 10am check in for 10pm appointment ., was told they start receiving by 5pm and that they will call me ….
was call 5:30pm to get to gate and go to office for door #and Bol’s ..yes it’s a bit tight but not to difficult, take your time .. unloading is about 2hrs .

I have been to several different distribution centers and when i saw inside this one... i mean, wow, it was so clean and kept, this grocery store chain is next level. I was impressed. Even though i was late, they still took me as a work in, which is common. But that has nothing to do with them.

Not a bad place to deliver. Courteous n friendly. Docking situation is interesting n can be hectic n tight. Slow n easy. Lumper was easy too. If you don't have EFS checks, they will work out something with you. Our appt was for 2300 hrs n they gave us a door at 2100 hrs. Unloaded full trailer within 45-1 hr. Quick n efficient.
