All I can really say is they gave me good service people very nice

Received new truck out of alignment, made appointment to have it done there only to have them tell me we can't do it here at this location and had me go somewhere else where I had to pay to have the alignment done on my brand new truck.

With a load and in an incline and emergency brake on (pedal sinks to floor with ease) the van will roll backwards, took it in twice and paid for Ubers both times only to have their expert technicians tell me that that's how it's supposed to be as the geniusly take it to their driveway where there's a slight incline with it empty and tell me "look it's fine" with total disregard to the details mentioned. This is a 15k van, good to know Mark Christopher is willing to take that kind of responsibility when I park this on these steep hills in Rancho Cucamonga. Manager even reached out and said he'd order parts to swap out to make sure something wasn't faulty and never got a follow up, big surprise.

Drop van off for a bent driveline,
They take a week to tell me it's a bent drive line, take another week to get the part and take another week to install it and then give me the van back with missing both front hub caps.

Really, go elsewhere everybody thus place is a joke.
