I sought out a new dentist close to home and Dr. Allred was not only close to home but our daughters played softball together in San Marcos. Best dentist change I ever made. After a decade or more of constant gum issues and deep cleanings with past dentists, I had one deep cleaning and with proper at home care and maintenance I am happy to say that my gums have never been better. Great office environment from Dr. Allred to the hygienists to the ladies in the reception area. If anyone is looking for a high quality dentist with a great office environment, look no further.

A few years ago I set out to find a new dentist that was using new high tech dentistry techniques like making crowns onsite. Upon reading reviews and looking into the dentists in North County San Diego, I decided to try Dr Allred and I am glad I did.

Dr Allred is a great dentist who cares about his patients and the craft of dentistry. He is always willing to answer my questions and discuss any concerns. I have also found his staff to be friendly and very confident in their fields. The office is a calm environment and is very clean, very desirable traits in a dental office. I highly recommend Dr Allred.

I love going to Dr. Allred’s office. Leah is so sweet. I enjoy getting to spend time with her while she cleans my teeth.

Dr Allred is an exceptional dentist and he does sedation dentistry. His manner is kind and understanding and his staff are professional. I highly recommend him for any type of procedure.

Dr. Allred was so nice and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to let me know all the information before starting the work. The office was extremely clean and well organized. The office staff are very nice as well. I felt very comfortable here and am very happy with the work that was done.

I have sensitive teeth and dislike pain. If you do too then Dr Allred is the Dentist for you!! They have taken such great care of me and I am so glad I found Dr Allred and his team. All the work done is impeccable, and crowns are made on site. They use state of the art equipment, so say good bye to those old school impressions. They scan your mouth creating digital 3-D images. I adore Leah their Dental Hygienist. She applies special numbing gel prior to my cleanings so no pain! I also opt for oral sedation for crowns or implants. It works perfectly. Five star ⭐ treatment with every visit!!

I have been seeing Dr Allred for a while now and I must say he has been by far the best dentist I have ever had. I move to Temecula and i still drive here to San Marcos to see him. He is very professional and never tries to upsell any unnecessary procedures. I have also referred him to my friends and family.

Great staff and service as usual on all of my visits. Office is clean and neat. They have up-to-date devices to service your visit and get the job done!!! Love the TV on the ceiling as they are working on you. Dr. Allred just makes you feel really comfortable, listens to your concerns, and explains well what is happening in your visit every time. He will always be my 'go to' dentist!!!

This by far has been the best dentist office I ever visited and the best dentist. The waiting room is comfortable, the staff is courteous and acknowledge. The treatment rooms are clean and the technicians use current or advanced tools to do their job. What made this a different experience for me, was that it was not only about oral health and the teeth, but how it correlates with your physical health. It is a wellness checkup. Leah my RDH did an excellent job with x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Esmeralda was awesome in preparation for my treatment. My two crowns that Dr. Allred did are perfect!! I don't think you can ask for anything more.

The staff, Doctor Allred and overall experience at Allred Dental is top notch. From the moment you make your appointment, to walking in to the office, you are met with friendly, courteous people. In all honesty, I am not a frequenter of the dentist. The extra work the hygienist had to do was smooth and pleasant, no pain or discomfort. And the price for cleaning and X-rays is more than fair. I highly recommend Allred Dental Practice.

Moved from San Antonio Texas to San Marcos California and needed to find a new dentist for me and my daughters. I am so glad I chose Allred Dental I really loved all the staff they were all sweet! After going to several doctors and dentists, I finally found Dr. Allred in my pursuit of finding proper treatment for my TMJ and disk displacement w/o reduction, I’ve been suffering from for over 4 years. The discomfort and pain was driving me crazy. I was prescribed muscle relaxers, constant antibiotics, a nerve medication, and prednisone for the swelling, tinnitus, soreness that migrated from masseter muscle and temporal area. Nothing worked except a shot, and it only provided relief for a few days. Dr. Allred was finally able to identify the issue and come up with a treatment plan that has made my TMD/J related issues resolved by 90+% with it getting better daily. I would highly recommend Dr. Allred in dealing with complex dental issues. The environment is extremely professional and friendly.

By far, this is the best experience I’ve had with any dental office. Dr. Allred and his staff are not only welcoming and professional, they also go the extra mile to make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. I would recommend this office to all my friends and family!

I started going to Dr. Allred in 2015 with a dream of having a new smile. I couldn’t afford it then but he got me on track with flossing and periodontal cleaning to stay ready so I’d be prepared when I saved the money and was able to make the move. He never treated me less then or made me feel bad for having bad teeth bc it was truly embarrassing going in the dental office knowing they could see the extensive drug use thru my mouth but I had to start recovery somewhere and Allred Dental is where it began. I needed multiple cavities filled, root canal’s, and 3 implants. When I heard how much work it was going to take it was disheartening bc dental work is never easy but Dr. Allred and his team have encouraged me and walked me thru this thing one small step at a time going above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable in that chair while the procedure is going on. Dr. Allred is a “gentle” dentist, after the numbing shot I’ve never felt anything but pressure, no pain. His office also offers care credit which I used initially to get my foot in the door, turns out to be the best thing I’ve done for myself yet. I’ll come back in 6 months when my smile is complete to share pictures with u guys.
