I’ll start off by saying I was super nervous to have any work done prior to coming in, but I’m very happy I did! I had two sessions of coolsculpting and by the second round I wasn’t nervous at all. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and professional. And he makes the process very comfortable. My results and treatment have been nothing short of great, I feel more confident and I think the prices are definitely fair. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is interested, especially if you’ve never done it before!

My experience with coolsculpting at a previous medical spa last year left me lopsided - so much so, you could see the cliff of fat on my abdomen and where the applicator was placed. Fast forward - Robert recommended a treatment plan to place applicators effectively to smooth me out. I’m already seeing improvements after only about a month!

Outside of the great results, the office is incredibly welcoming with lots of snacks and comforts to keep you relaxed during treatment.

I had cool sculpting done for a stubborn lower belly pudge that would not go away. Robert did the cool sculpting and he walked me through everything step by step. I was extremely nervous but he was right there with me, explained the whole process and made me feel safe and comfortable. He genuinely cares and takes the extra time to make sure his patients are well taken care of. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a medical center! Love my results! The new office is beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. I came here because of their reviews and boy was I not disappointed. I’ve been going to different med spa for the past five years and this one is by the far the best one. I’ve been going to Robert for about two years now he is by far the most honest Medical Spa Director out there. He will recommend you with different treatments and tell you if it is the right thing for you. This place has the best deals for cool sculpting and EMSCULPT. I really like both but my favorite is Cool sculpting for me it took about six months to see result I will be doing it again soon. This place does not try to take your money and Robert honestly has a passion to make his patients look and feel the best. The staff here is really nice and the Doctor as well. I recommend to go here and only here. :)

Robert is exceptional. I hadn't done any cosmetic body treatments, nor was I interested in it but a friend of mine had really remarkable coolsculpting results from Robert. I have always been lean but in my 40s, there was some fat in my lower stomach that would not go away.

I am very particular about the treatment and medical providers I go to and have zero hesitation in recommending Robert. Don’t hesitate to schedule a treatment here! I was hesitant before I met with Robert and he thoroughly detailed why I would be a great candidate for CoolSculpting and addressed all of my concerns. From the details of the science to the steps of the treatment and expectations, I have felt very comfortable with his level of knowledge and professionalism and have been amazed with the results. I have a lot of trust in Robert’s experience and appreciate his transparency and have come back several times for different areas (running out of fat at this point!). The entire staff is wonderful and they couldn’t get rid of me if they tried :)

My experience at Coolsculpting of San Diego was excellent! I went in for Coolsculpting on my lower abdomen. Robert walked me through each part of the process during our consult and explained in detail what to expect throughout the process making sure to answer all of my questions.

During the procedure, the sensation when the applicator suctions onto your skin is extremely cold at first, but your skin numbs, almost like when your foot falls asleep. After the suction is removed, the area is quickly massaged out; before you know it, it's over! The same day I was back to my routine with no downtime and just some numbness that was just a tad uncomfortable but an overall very easy recovery. Around week 6 post procedure I started to see excellent results and I returned for a second session to include my flanks and it was just as easy the second time around.

Robert is extremely professional and made himself available for any follow-up questions making this a very comfortable process. I highly recommend this procedure if you’re targeting stubborn fat areas and I highly recommend Robert Gleason as he is very knowledgeable, honest, and made great suggestions!

First I have to say that Robert is amazing! He is professional and great. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in the results.
He is knowledgeable about Coolspculpting and made great recomendations about my body areas where I wanted treatment. He would explain every step and every sensation I would experience during the treatment. Always checking up on me.
As for the treatment, I highly recommend Coolsculpting to treat those stubborn fat areas.
My major problem areas were flanks (love handles) and I can say, after 2 sessions (3 months apart) I saw NOTICIABLE results. I was more than happy to see what I've always wanted to see in my body.
The treatment itself did not give me any reactions or complications to my health.
