The Village at Serra Mesa Community Area

I don't live in the village but I live in the community I live on the next street over from the village but from what I can see the residents in the village make up most of the community here and the complex is always kept extremely neat , grass is always cut looking nice also before covid ne and my 11 year old daughter use to go over to the village and sneak into the pool area to swim during the summer.😉

Pleasant experience

In the plus side is close to most of the major highways, 805, 15, 8, 63 etc. As well as shopping Areas like fashion Valley, Mission valley and many more. It is well maintain, kept very clean but there's vandalism people's cars have been broken into and houses as well, also has very busy roads going through it and there's not speed limits marking on the street and well needless to say cars go speeding through it and is hard to hold them accountable since most of them are not LMH residents, also people park in the corners of the street thus creating a blind spot for the people who are turning, since you can't see traffic coming from that direction, I'm actually amazed that there hasn't been more accidents here

Nice area, very dog and walking friendly. Always clean.
