Carlsbad Brewing Company

Was amazing! I loved everything about the Brewing Company! Large parking area.
We were seated right away.
The food was over the top!
Our server was very attentive and sweet.
Dogs are welcomed inside, which can be a source of entertainment. 😉
Weather premitting, there is a great area for outdoor seating.

I'm a bit of a burger connoisseur, and this is the best burger I've ever had in my entire life. Service and staff and beer selection is off the hook. All that trouble identifying the right smoked salt was an incredibly ingenious business move. You all are killing it. Much love for continued success.

This place is fantastic if you're a beer lover! Also it's very dog friendly, they even allow dogs inside. I've only ever been here for work happy hours, but I definitely need to make the trek sometime to experience it without a big group, because I have no clue what the food menu actually looks like. All I know is the food we have here is always really good. Parking can be a bit tight sometimes but that's the only real downside.

Rating this as a brew pub vs a gourmet establishment.
They have a terrific selection of beers and most importantly flights! Their burgers and sandwiches are very good. I don't find the atmosphere to be super comfy (that may be on purpose) and it's a bit loud for any sort of business oriented meeting. But for meeting friends and hanging out for a meal - it's great!

What a gem! A wide selection of tasty beers and really amazing food! I ordered the Santana burger with a veggie patty and was very pleasantly surprised to find out they make their own delicious (and massive!) veggie burgers in-house! My mom got the ahi sandwich, and both were great. Will be back!

Fantastic beer selection. Their hazy IPA was delish. My husband had a burger which he said was great. BBQ chicken pizza was pretty good. They sell canned beer to go. Very small patio (probably seats about 6-8) where you can have a beer and watch planes coming into Palomar Airport.

We stopped in for lunch and shared their Bressi burger....sooooo good. Will definitely go back to try other menu items. Great view of the airport from this location and while cloudy when we were there we hear the sunsets from there are beautiful. Their homage to and memorabilia from the Carlsbad Raceway days was interesting and fun.

Great beer selection, the menu is like a phone book. They have a beer for everyone’s taste and from just about every region. Large open space with several outdoor patio areas. The food was great and arrived promptly. The server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic experience. It’s a warm and welcoming venue with a great staff and outstanding service. The beer and wine list is extensive, and includes some real gems on the IPA list like Russian River’s Pliny The Elder on tap. The bottled beer list includes some real gourmet options, and if you’re a beer connoisseur you won’t be disappointed. The hamburgers are HUGE and quite delicious. Portions across the menu are quite generous and well prepared. You won’t be disappointed!

The food was gourmet style delicious 🤗 the beer selection was a full selection for everyone's needs, plenty of gluten free drink options. We will go again

One of the better brewery restaurants in San Diego. We drive paste 4 other Brewery Restaurants when we go here and it never disappoints. Great Ahi burger, and Hamburgers. Wide range of food offerings. Best regular beer selection around.

I was really impressed with food and service. The strawberry blonde Ale was very good. So good that I purchased 2 growlers to take back to the I.E. When beck at our timeshare, will definitely return.

OMG! We stopped by for some dinner after a long, hot day. The food was SO good, and plenty of it for the price! Hand made pizza dough and bread on the burger, fresh delicious ingredients, and very cool, chill server who took great care of us! You have GOT to try this place!

Great beers, but not many of thier own on tap. Food was great! I had the Mac n cheese bowl with broccoli - it was awsome huge! Couldn't finish it. Others at the table had their burger and fish and chips. Burger was perfect, but the fish was overcooked or cooked in old oil. Great atmosphere and service.

Carlsbad Brewing company is nicely hidden around a bunch of businesses. Their beer is all over the flavor spectrum from your stouts to some tasty sours. This was a brewery I had been wanting to go to for quite some time and I’m glad I finally stopped.

Their food is also incredible, I got to try 2 of their burgers and this is definitely the route I would suggest to everyone who is hungry.

OMG 😱 I had the best Seared Ahi Sandwich here! I was soooo impressed by this sandwich I am going back for more. The tuna was fresh and well seasoned. #msperatv

Had a company party here, food was great, service was super, good variety of beer, I had some (fruity kinds) and really like them.

A winner of a new place your going to Love. Incredible large choice of beers of the world. Excellent full menu and wonderful ambiance and staff that work for your having a good experience. Do yourself a favor and check it out along with the great overview of the Palomar Airport runway from their outside porch.
