Foster's Family Donuts

It's a basic mom and pop donut shop. The owners are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. I like their donuts and their coffee is very good. They usually open up around 5:30 in the morning, even though the sign says 5:00 a.m. they're open every day of the week, pretty hard working people. I frequent the place.

Glazed donuts were perfectly glazed, without a break in the glaze. After biting through the perfect sugary glaze a thin crisp delectable layer of golden donut heightens the Epicurean delight inside for the grande finale ‘, the bite that plummets to the core of the perfect donut and that is a burst of the moist soul of then perfectly baked tender dough-of the donut🍩

Owner is super sweet. Regulars were pouring in and he knew everyone on first name basis. $12 for a dozen ANY donut unlike other places that charge extra for the bars or jelly fill. $1.60 for dozen donut holes and he always throws in extra.

Some of the best apple fritters I have ever had! Good selection and amazing flavor. Will definitely visit again when in the area. The wife and I got 4 specialty donuts and it was less than $6. Make sure to bring cash as they don't take debit or credit cards.

This is one of my favorite finds since moving here. The best and freshest donuts I've ever had. And my favorite apple fritter is so popular I need to get in there early! Best buttermilk donuts around. Owner is nice to regulars so there are some perks. The sandwiches are good and they never run out from my experience. It’s a lax, mom/pop shop so don’t expect to be able to pay with a credit card.

Let’s start by saying that donut shops are like a dime of dozen. You can literally go to any donut shop and not really see much of a difference. Nevertheless, what sets these places apart is the service.

My son goes to San Marcos High and he has a zero period. Every other weekend I have to drive down from LA to drop him off at school. We usually swing by somewhere to get him a quick bite before school. This time, it happened to be Fosters Donut. Very convenient!!

We went into Fosters, and got him a donut, I did not notice that it was cash only. I figured well he’s not going to eat breakfast this morning. As we were walking out, the owner was like “here young man”. And gave him a free donut. Now if that is not service, I don’t know what is. Not to mention, a place that cares for the community

Therefore, I give this place a high rating for outstanding service. I want to applaud Foster’s by giving a shot out to the owner and a huge thanks.

This is the first donut shop I entered in this area. It is a nice shop staffed by nice people ready to help. It was a busy place that were served quickly.

Donuts are displayed in a glass faced counter making the available sweets easy to select from a broad range of filled, glazed, frosted and plain sweets.

With a dozen treats in the box I placed on our kitchen counter, it didn't take long for our visitors to smile with their selections.

Donuts sales are cash & carry. That was a surprise, but not a problem.

If we have donut seeking visitors again, I'll go back, but will be there earlier.

Made fresh daily. The selection is limited but they have the basics. They do sell out quickly because they are so fresh and yummy but they will try and make it up to the consumer by offering free alternatives. With purchase of course. Staff is very helpful and personable, a big 10 out of 10!!!

They have a ham & cheese or with jalapeños stuffed croissant(it's square) that is so delicious. You gotta go early cause once they're gone, that's it no mas. For $2.80, worth every penny!

The donuts are fresh and have a type of crunch to them and prices are economical. The chocolate donuts taste real goid akong with the strudel and the cinnamon ines are huge they are not small really worth the price .

This is my family's favorite donut shop. The donuts are tasty, the owner and staff are friendly, and the prices are low. I believe they only accept cash, but worth the small hassle of stopping at an ATM.
