Ding Tea San Marcos

Accessibility: there are a few disabled parking spots in front of the store but then the rest of the parking is pretty limited as this is a busy area with businesses and apartments directly next to it. There are two pull doors to enter the building but they were both propped open tonight around 8 PM. There are a few wheelchair accessible tables to use outside as well as more inside. The employees here are SUPER nice so if you need assistance, just ask and I bet they would gladly help.

Experience: as soon as I came inside the employees said "welcome" and it was very cute inside! When it was my turn to order the employees were so cheerful and happy to answer my 10 questions, not rushing me even with a line behind me. I felt very welcomed and attended to here! Wonderful experience! The drinks tasted great too! I will definitely be back.

I mean who doesn't love ding tea? It's so good! Parking is tricky, but this place is great. Last visit my peach black tea was delicious but the cup was super sticky, so would've been better if they'd wiped that down prior to handing it to me. Fast service. Friendly team

Amazing quality tea! Got about 6 drinks from here (matcha snow, Hokkaido and signature milk tea) and everyone loved them. Will come back!

They have various kinds of tea. Signature tea is my personal favorite. Nice place to hangout with friends. The little plants on each table add to its pleasant ambience.

I love Ding Tea, this is my go-to boba place. Me and my girlfriend go here all the time, and the drinks always taste great. Parking at this location may sometimes be somewhat difficult during peak hours. There can be a long wait at times if they are very busy or if you ordered a bubble waffle. Highly recommend trying this place at least once.

Great place with lots of tea options, whether you like really sweet or just plain black tea. They offer waffles (so f-ing good), macaroon ice cream sandwiches, the works. You can customize the ice level and sugar level they just ask for percentages which is cool. Instead of saying light ice i know I’m getting 25% ice they’re spot on.

Not a lot of seating room will say that, but nice and cozy. When busy the line goes out the door won’t support more than 10 people inside waiting in line. It’s a popular spot for college students and young people but don’t let that deter you.

They made a drink for me that they didn't have on the menu so that was pretty cool. The wife seems to love their monster Boba latte so I recommend that drink since she is pretty good at tasting good drinks.

Got the oreo waffle, warm taro milk tea and warm wintermelon milk tea. Everything was delicious! Would absolutely get a warm milk tea again for this cold weather. Also tried their mango and strawberry macaroons, definitely good! A bit too cold, but nonetheless flavorful! I would recommend trying Ding Tea if you're in the area looking for some good milk tea or something else in their big menu 🤠

Changing my review to 5 stars. I was initially disappointed at the long wait times, but after coming here for a while I realized, it’s worth the wait and I always come back for the tea. Everyone who works there is always super friendly, and now I just leave my house a little later after putting in the order and give myself extra time to get there. The tea and bubble waffle are great.

This place is amazing. They had Dragon dances for the opening day. And yes, it took a long time on opening day. But I live right across the street and now you go in there, And you get your drink within five minutes. There's also parking in the back. You have to try the bubble waffles. Yum.

This was my first Boba and it tasted amazing. This place opened my eyes to many more Boba types and I'd recommend this place for people that have never had Boba before

I have had the Signature milk tea, Thai tea, Jasmine milk tea and the Oreo bubble waffle. All pretty good even comparable to when I go to Frisco. The app for Ding Tea San Marcos was pretty accurate in timing and easy to use.

High quality boba drinks. Milk teas are very flavorful and bobas are fresh and chewy. Will definitely come back again. New favorite next to Meet Fresh.
