Roofing101

We called Roofing101 and another recommended roofing company. After meeting with Graham we decided to cancel our appointment with the other roofer. We felt comfortable with Roofing101 because they were reasonably priced, he educated me on the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. The cherry on top was he was able to accommodate our schedule and got it done efficiently. I would use Roofing101 again and am planning to refer them to friends and neighbors.

I initially spoke with Graham (Owner of the company) regarding the quite for replacing my entire roof. He did an excellent job of explaining what was causing the leak in my existing roof as well as what the full process would be to get the new roof installed. As an educated consumer, I shopped around a few other roofing companies and Roofing101 beat other companies prices by about $5,000! That of course made me a little skeptical at first whether or not if this was going to be a "you get what you pay for" type of situation but this wasn't at all the case! Very pleased with the final result!

After my initial meeting with Graham, I was later looped in with their Production Manager, Steven who was very reachable and helped make sure the whole process went smoothing. Both Steven and Graham were amazing with follow through on questions and touch ups that were needed.

Lastly, Mario and his crew worked quickly and efficiently while not at all sacrificing the quality of the job. He went above and beyond to fix some other slight issues with my the exterior of the house which were not tied to the initial bid.

All that being said, I highly recommend Roofing101 to anyone that needs any work done of their roof.

It took us quite awhile to find a roofing company that was responsive and made us feel confident. Roofing 101 met and exceeded our expectations. Brian Ciuffreda, their Coordinator and our 1st contact was there every step of the way. He addressed all our questions and concerns, and also gave us the benefit of his experience with invaluable suggestions and advice. We were very concerned about staying within our quoted estimate, and were very happy when the job was actually finished a bit under expected cost. Our roofers, Mario and Luis were nothing short of amazing. They were always on time, polite and caring to us and our neighbors, worked very long days making sure they completed each task thoroughly, and cleaned up every step of the way. We would highly recommend Roofing 101. Our only regret is that 5 Stars is all we can give them here! They definitely deserve more!

The Direct TV dish had to be redone by the Direct TV technician. I would suggest that you have them remove and replace that. It was loose and he tightened everything. Since I pay for equipment service no charge was incurred.

An out of state company, with two seriously wind and rain damaged roofs, we received repair estimates, some above $100,000. Not comfortable with where to turn, along drives in Dan Jackson of Roofing 101 Carlsbad, the only Roofing Rep to actually climb a ladder, walk and photograph our injured roofs, and explain in terms we could understand the severity of our damage, the nuances of the roofing business, and the tens of thousand of dollars in savings available when dealing with Insurance Companies who both trust and prefer to work with Dan's company.

Dan expertly handled the whole job in our behalf. All we had to do was make decisions like shingle life, color, and when to perform the job. Roofing 101 Carlsbad proved to be just what Dan promised they would be: knowledgeable, professional, clean and safe roofers not out to rip off their employer, or their employer's customers and willing to go the extra mile to fight to get their customers what is due them. We cannot reemphasize enough the reasonable pricing, more than tens of thousands of dollars below their competition we obtained from Dan's company. David is very professional and friendly, he always does what he says he's going to do. He's always one time and ready to work. He is not cheap but definitely worth it. I recommend Roofing 101 and David.
