AA Motorcycle Shipping

I had my bike shipped from Florida to Oregon..at first i thought it was taking an awful long time before the bike was even picked up at the dealer in Florida…they told me to be patient and gave me a date the bike would be picked up and it was that day. They gave me an ETA for arrival in Oregon. The bike actually showed up a week earlier than planned so i was surprised and excited about that. The bike got her in perfect condition just as it was when it left Florida. The cost was right what i wanted and expected to pay. I would recommend them to anyone needing the same service…

Easy booking, super responsive to my questions as I was shipping a motorcycle for the first time at the end of a cross-country trip from their warehouse. The process was smooth with an easy moto drop-off (riding moto onto a pallet was exciting), clear instructions, and a tracker as I watched moto make its way back to my doorstep.

It was unloaded off the pallet and rolled up to my driveway in the same condition I left it. Super appreciate this service and am using it again for my trip this year!

AA Motorcycle Shipping was extremely fast with both the pickup and delivery. I had a few questions during the process and they were there to answer my questions quickly. Despite a flat tire on the trailer, they were only a few hours behind schedule which wasn't an issue at all since they were communicative about the delay. Would absolutely use them again!

Fantastic experience shipping my bike from San Jose down to San Marcos. I called to schedule on Thursday and the bike was delivered on Sunday! Great communication along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a motorcycle shipped.

I own MGmotorsports LLC in Sterling VA. We ship motorcycles all over the country with units shipping out every week. I have used AA Transport to transport many motorcycles and have never had any complaints. Julia has always been the AA rep that has helped us and she is always super pleasant to work with and very responsive. They have a great system to allow our customers to "track" the progress of their motorcycle delivery as it makes its way to them. They have never damaged any of our motorcycles. I would highly recommend them. You can find cheaper transport but you get what you pay for. I ship high end very expensive motorcycles and AA is my go to when my other small network of white glove transporters are not available.

The quote is "actually" instant. I looked at other shipping sites that read get an instant quote and then have to provide a phone number or an email address. To me that is not instant and dishonest right from the start. I appreciate the integrity of this company.

I am very happy with the entire experience of shipping a custom painted Harley from Colorado to Florida! Communication from the start was excellent, transit time was minimal (7 days, door to door!) and the bike showed up in the same condition as it left! I'd happily use AA Motorcycle Shipping in the future!

AA picked up and delivered my bike in a timely manner within the perimeters that were given. They did allow the seller to ship a box with a few parts with the bike, which another shipper I used previously would not allow. I really appreciate that!

This was my first experience shipping a motorcycle cross-country. I chose this company because they had transparent service pricing and company information on their website. I also appreciate that when I called, I got a real person, not a call center. Nearly all motorcycle shippers are brokers meaning other service contractors do the actual work. However the tracking of my shipment was very easy using their website. My motorcycle was picked up and delivered on time and in great condition. The pick up and delivery were both very professionally done. I appreciate that this was enclosed shipping on a pallet. I am happy with my experience, and I plan to use them again next time I ship a vehicle.

Placed a motorcycle order with AA Transport and my bike delivered to me in perfect condition several weeks later as expected. AA agent Julia did a great job following through on a couple of initial concerns I had. I love the fact I can make one phone call to AA Transport and their office takes my call right away. Worst case scenario is I leave them a message but they always call me back. A business like this who stands behind their services to ensure I’m satisfied is what means the most to me. Their transport driver Max was friendly, professional and offered to help me push the bike into my storage unit even after it was unloaded. Excellent job, AA Motorcycle Transport!

Third time using AA Motorcycle Shipping. Always great service and always met all commitments. The warehouse staff in Milpitas CA was awesome when we went to pick up the bikes.

Your service was prompt and I was kept well informed. I ive your 5 stars. If there is one improvement that I would suggest, it would be an initial text upon pick up with an approximate delivery date.

Wow! What a great company! They picked my motorcycle up Friday morning in Delaware and delivered in Milwaukee, WI Saturday evening! No damages either, driver was great too!

From quote request to delivery of my motorcycle, AA Motorcycle Transport proved to be a great shipper service. I was quoted about $175 less than other top rated motorcycle shipping companies which offered the same service. They estimated a pick up date 3 days after I placed my order and picked up exactly on the 3rd day. I really like that they offer tracking and you can check in to see where your bike is at as it moves towards its destination. Transport from North Carolina to California (9 days) arrived 1 day earlier than quoted but since I opted for Door to Terminal service, my motorcycle was not unloaded off of the trailer until 1 day after their delivery date estimation which was not a problem for me. The staff at the terminal were very helpful and friendly when I called them to check status for pick up. Once I arrived at the terminal, they informed me which dock to check in at and wait for them to bring out my motorcycle. I was very pleased to see how it was tied down to a specialized pallet for motorcycle transport. Absolutely no damage or scratches on the bike. Overall this company is great and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

AA did a great job again. I got set up for the shipment and dropped it at their freight center in Chicago the same day! They shipped it to the freight center in San Diego in about a week, which I think is quick. This is my 3rd time using them and they’ve always been good. Definitely recommend them.

Shipped my motorcycle from SWFL to Seattle. They picked it up on time and it showed up in perfect shape when I picked it up in Seattle to ride PCH. Great way to start an amazing trip.
