We had a great shopping experience from the time we walked in to purchase. We were greeted by Davy who was great he explained the on going deals and asked if we wanted assistance or just wanted to look around. Which is great we knew what we were looking for but did want to browse the store. He gave us his name and told us to have a look around and just let home know if we needed assistance. We eventually found the sectional we wanted and he came over made it simple to order and explained the process. To this point before delivery we are very satisfied with our experience. Normally you feel hounded to make a purchase. Thanks to Davy we did make a purchase and it went very smooth.

Ty was very good at our questions. Also he was not pushy, but was still nearby for our questions. We bought a very nice kitchen table and an egg chair. The egg chair was especially good priced. We will be shopping there again before summer. But we want ty to be our sales rep.

We had a great shopping experience at Jerome’s Furniture in San Marcos. We went in needing a large sectional couch. Our sales person, Erik was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great overview of the many choices in the store so we could narrow our focus. He helped us design a beautiful sectional that would work perfectly in our new house. We are thrilled with our new piece of furniture and highly recommend shopping at Jerome’s in San Marcos. We enjoyed the layout and ease of moving around the store. There were nice selections and great prices. Carlos M. greeted us immediately as we entered the store. He checked on us every now and then as we toured the showroom. He dedicated the appropriate amount of time to us that allowed us to shop with ease. He was quick to answer our questions and was very detailed during our checkout process. We are the thrilled with our purchase! Thank you to Jerome's and Carlos M. for excellent service!

Went window shopping to see what the newest trend was with sleeper couches. Ended up finding one in the blooper section at a great price. Great experience and awesome discount section.

Jerome's has been my Furniture store for the past twelve years. Never disappointed. As soon as I enter the store, I see this polite helpful Gentleman, his name is "David" I have to Best Customer Service. David is not there just to make a sale, but David is there, to make sure that every customer leaves the store with satisfaction. He'd help me make the best decision. I Highly Recommend him,prices,Service, quality. Honestly The way he treated me is like I want to go there again. You make me want to back. As soon as I arrived a worker greeted me, and helped me find what I was looking for. When what I wanted was not available at the time, they allowed me a chance to browse myself, checking in until I was ready to purchase. The whole experience was very pleasant compared to the national chains that sit down the road.

The sales people were knowledgeable about the different beds and help me pick the one that was just for me. The Jeromes mattress was a good value. The 25 year warranty was great. The 60 month same as cash made it affordable. The delivery people took care of everything.

Great service. Sometimes these places get too much into pushing sales. The person we worked with realized we needed space and gave us what we needed to make our decision. He was friendly and got our deliver for the next day. Very happy and will go back when I’m in need of furniture.

The quality of their furniture is always excellent, and their sales staff are always very knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy.
