Wonderful little shopping center. I first came here to see Dr Adam Kipp, and since he moved his practice they have made a lot of improvements to the property. It was a good thing and it's attracted more quality businesses like Lazy Acres and as a result parking can be a little tough at times. Fortunately it's not too big, so no space is too far of a walk. I go to Innate Health & Healing to see Dr Kipp, but since it's just down the street I can still stop at Lazy Acres and it's not out of the way.

Favorite beach in North County. Met my lovely there ab 2 years ago so its even more special!

Was having happy hour at Peabody’s every Wednesday is awesome. One of the best happy hours in North County. Plenty of parking as well.

Not much to report on. Needed a safe place to meet a customer. Parking lot is well lit and a busy gas station right in front. Easy to find since it's so close of the Encinitas exit off the 5 freeway. Easy back on the 5 freeway either direction. Public yet private enough to do a business exchange yet people close bye if you needed them.

Lazy Acres is a neighborhood version of Whole Foods, sort of. If you are looking for a healthy grocery options this is a great place. Parking can be a little tricky, but the location is very convenient just off I5 in Encinitas.

Delicious finds in here, If you Understand Quality Vs. Quantity.. then You get it. Yes it's Pricey, it's worth it. I haven't had anything I don't like from here Yet.

Great big place. You can't be lazy and go here there is just to much store here. They have food and groceries and well everything. Its a bit pricey but the quality is there . I go when ever I am down there in Encinitas. Also they have the cleanest bathrooms 🚻😳🤣

By far one of the most beautiful places I have visited is California. There are many places to shop from Disney all the way to pet accessories. There is also a wide variety of places to eat at. There is 3 levels.

Nice atmosphere and fabulous food. Inexpensive for the area. ✌

There's a barber, Asian food, fast food gas, good grocery store laundry..... A Wendy's on the other end of the parking lot the Shell's open 24 hours

Cheap Gas ⛽ Station here. Always good for passing by. Car 🚗 wash and fill out the Gas. Cheap place for you car 🚗

They have everything here. Love their laundromat, all organic grocery store, and SCUBA Shop.

Love love love Peabody's! They are open with outside and inside service. Breakfast every day now.
