Great service. Always a good selection of shoes and people to help that actually know what they are doing. Never a hard sell and they always stand behind their products. As a physical therapist I have referred people here for years.

They will make it right. Thank you Susan Tyler for caring and helping me out and getting me into the right shoes.

Absolutely amazing experience here, I wish I could remember the lady’s name that helped me but she did an amazing job at explaining what everything was in my scan all the way up to the shoes I’ve tryed and picked, when it’s time for a new pair I’ll definitely be coming back !!

We love this store! George is amazing with his knowledge of shoe fit & running. We send all our friends here and they love the personalized attention vs. the bigger, busy stores.

They have a wide variety of shoes withe the staff being very knowledgeable about the types. Ie walking , running, soles, support... Still need to buy one, but I'm armed with info for further research.

My wife and I recently wanted to get into shape. Having gone to all these different running companies to look at shoes, she was feeling discouraged that she’d never find the right one. Carly at Running Center helped my wife try on a million (sorry Carly) shoes before finding 2 pairs she really liked. A True running store, I have been going here for decades, if anyone knows me, I run quite a bit. Running Center Carlsbad has been my go too store. They have the selection, the staff is knowledgeable, and to me most of all is, they are local and have been a fabric of the community for a long long time. Sure they are not the over the top shoe store, at the end of the day you need either running, walking or everyday shoes, Running Centers is the place. Kind of hard to find next to Vons, but worth it...

Amazing customer service. I purchased two pairs of running shoes to train for an upcoming marathon. After trying the first pair, I found that they did not work well for me. I was able to return those shoes for store credit and choose another pair. Nina, Stephane and Ben spent a lot of time helping me make the right decision and I feel prepared to train for this first marathon. I've completed three half marathons and Running Center has become an integral part of my training as i take my goals to the next level. Excellent selection of shoes, clothing and equipment, but the best part of Running Center is the people. It's small, personalized and professional. I highly recommend this business!

My podiatrist recommended this store. I grudgingly drove past the other local popular sports shoe store I had been going to, just so I could tell him I went, and my feet still hurt. It didn’t work out that way! George spent a ridiculously long time with me, bringing various shoes and explaining the fit. George is a national treasure and should be protected at all costs. I have a great pair of shoes, and my feet don’t hurt. I brought my husband back to get fitted for a new pair of shoes also. This is our new athletic shoe store now.

The best customer service! I’ve never bought a good pair of running shoes and was my first time visiting there and couldn’t have been happier with the shoe selection and service. 10/10 recommend!!

This is the place if you want top notch knowledgeable kind and no pressure atmosphere with a wonderful selection for most any price point and any runner. I walked in the store for the first time in 3 years and told the clerk my size and that i was a walker. She brought out 3 different shoes and the second pair was perfect! I was in and out so fast and i love my new shoes!!! Thanks Fred! your staff is fantastic!!!

I can't say enough good things about the staff here. Truly the most genuinely kind, respectful, patient, and helpful people you'll ever meet. I've come here twice now since moving to this area, and my first interactions with Stephanek and Bill (if I am remembering correctly, he had to go on lunch shortly after I arrived so Stephanek took over) was amazing. They had to have helped me for over an hour and a half and answered all my questions and we shared stories, it was so pleasant. Came back the other day and had the pleasure of meeting and talking with George who was just as wonderful as every other employee here. It seems this business has a chokehold on having the nicest people on the planet being staffed here!

Great store for runners and walkers! I bought a pair of Brooks shoes and they are amazing. So, I brought my 91-year-old dad in and he was fit with ASICS! This has helped him with foot and leg comfort! Staff was very knowledgeable! Thanks!

Yes these shoes are a little bit pricey, but so is chiropractor appointments because your back hurts.

The people that work here are super helpful and I felt like Cinderella leaving with my perfect shoe. Having my 3-year-old daughter there wanted me to get the glittery high heels but I settled for the super comfortable ones instead.

I can't recommend Carly enough on helping you find that perfect pair of shoes! She was well educated, listened to my needs, took her time with me, was not pushy at all on upselling. The rest of the staff seemed to have the same approach from what I overheard. Highly recommend Running Center.
