I recently visited Gateway Dental and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were all professional and friendly, and they made me feel at ease throughout my visit. The office itself was clean and well-organized, and the equipment appeared to be modern and well-maintained.

The reason why I return back to Gateway is because of Jamie. During my cleaning, she took the time to explain what she was doing and to answer any questions I had. I appreciated her attention to detail and her gentle touch. When my cleaning was over, my teeth felt squeaky clean and my gums felt healthy and refreshed. I will only come here for Jamie because she makes the entire process extremely comfortable.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone looking for quality dental care. From the attentive staff to the state-of-the-art equipment, everything about this office is top-notch. Thank you Jamie for a great first time experience! I will be back.

It’s been a challenge for me to find a dentist with quality service since I relocated to California. After trying two previous dentists, I am finally happy with Gateway. I found the staff to be very friendly and courteous. The x-ray technician did a great job and they were the most pleasant x-rays I’ve ever had. I look forward to working with my new dental doctor and feel good in her hands. Gateway is no different than any other dental practice in the area in regards to extra charges and pushing upgrades.

My dental hygienist, Jamie Huynh is the absolute best!! I actually look forward to seeing her. Not only is she an amazing hygienist, and always thoroughly cleans my teeth, she gives me very helpful suggestions and strategies and I know she has my best interest at heart. I choose to see Jamie four times a year for my cleanings to prevent gum disease and it really makes a difference!

I consider her a true friend also. She takes the time to really make you feel important and listened to and she always makes me laugh which is fun!
If you do not like going to the dentist go to Gateway!

I've been going to Gateway Dental for a few years now and I can't say enough great things about this place. And I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my dental hygienist Jamie! She always takes the best care of my teeth and makes me laugh the during the process. She is truly amazing!!!!

Great dental place. Also so close to my house just walking distance. My favorite part of visiting the dentist is seeing Jamie the dental hygienist. Jamie is so professional and very consistent. Every visit she greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel so comfortable. Also her treatments are spot on and painless ! Yet She leaves my teeth extremely clean 🤩

I Always have a pleasant visit when visiting Gateway Dental but what makes it so special is Jaime Huynh, the dental hygienist. She is so sweet and personable and does a great job cleaning my teeth. I have a mouth piercing and Jaime explained to me the dangers and potential damage it could cause over time. She even knew a solution that would not result in me having to take it out. She said they make plastic piercings instead of metal and she was right! I switched it out immediately and really appreciate her looking out for me and the health of my mouth. I Highly recommend Jaime for a cleaning at Gateway Dental.

This is the best dental group ever that I have been to as all the staffs are super friendly and especially with getting my dental cleaning done with Jamie. She is really thorough and informative to ensure that I maintain healthy gums. Also, she is ready to answer any questions I may have and always guiding me in the right direction on my oral hygiene. You must ask for her the next time you guys make a visit to this dental office or use this office for any future dental work you may need.

I have been going to Gateway Dental in Carlsbad for almost 10 years. Jamie, their hygenist is the best. She takes a personal interest in the health of your teeth. I always love getting my teeth cleaned, feels so good. Jamie and the office staff are always very professional.

Dr. Elena has been excellent! When I had an emergency last fall, she was so helpful over the phone and then in the office. This month I needed a crown, and she and assistamt Crystal made a great team, making sure I was comfortable and successfully fixing my tooth! Crystal took lots of time with me making sure temporary was good :)

Had another amazing visit at Gateway. They are friendly, and super efficient. I really appreciate my hygienist Jaime. She always makes me feel comfortable and genuinely cares about my oral health and me as a person.

I found Gate Way Dental off the Tricare website. Personally I hate the dentist however I am required to get cleanings. Gate Way Dental makes it quick and painless. Jamie has been my hygienist for multiple visits. She makes an unwanted trip quick and painless and I appreciate her for it. I can't say much for dental work, because I have not personally needed it. However if you need a good and painless cleaning Gate Way is a great spot.

As a first time patient here, and being mildly intimidated by dental offices - Gateway Dental definitely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jade - who was super friendly and immediately made me feel welcome. Criystal took me back for my X-rays. She was quick, friendly, and efficient and made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable process really easy and tolerable. Afterward while I was in the chair Jamie-the dental hygienist, greeted me and did her thing checking my gums and then did a warm hand off to Dr.Jelena. After checking out my teeth, Dr.Jelena went over my X-rays and broke some bad news, very gently(I have a lot of work to be done). Never did I feel guilty or embarrassed or berated for the condition of my teeth-which, to me, is a huge deal. Jamie came back in and completed my cleaning and always checked and made sure I was good, comfortable, and at ease. She explained things to me that previous offices hadn’t before and I appreciate her taking the time to further educate me. I am grateful for everyone who helped me that day and look forward to my next visit.

I was nervous for my visit since I haven't seen a dentist in over a decade. They made me feel comfortable and took great care of me. Jamie helped me the most and made the overall experience very pleasant.

I have been going to this office for many years. I receive the best care from Dr. Cantrell, who is amazing. She is thorough and also cares about the comfort of her patients. Jamie has been cleaning my teeth for years, and she is the best! Always smiling and obviously enjoys her work. May has been extremely helpful. Everyone involved in my care has 5 stars from me, and I would recommend this office to anyone I know who is looking for a new dental facility.

Fantastic staff. Dr Jelena is thoughtful and understanding. She doesn’t make me feel pressured or obligated to start a treatment which means a lot. She presents the information in a manner that convey the importance of the treatment without sounding pushy.
John was fantastic taking care of my insurance paperwork and presenting me the costs of the procedures in a very easy to understand way.
Definitely coming back to this office!

Dr Chin and the rest of the team were outstanding. They made me feel at ease, they were friendly and professional, and they did a great job.

I love my Bressi Ranch location because the people are great and the space is awesome! Criystal is the best X-ray technician and polisher and always provides kind and excellent customer service. Dr. Yelena is very informative and kind and I always have a stress free dental experience!
