Manny was probably hands down the best customer service experience I’ve received with Verizon in the past 17 years, I’ve been with them. He was knowledgeable, precise, understanding & he really cared. Verizon/Victra should consider themselves lucky to have such an asset… I was in there on 12/07/23 & I purchased an iPhone 15 pro.

Excellent service! Manny the agent who helped me is so smart. Our family plan all phone are eligible for upgrade. He even was able to help us get a credit on our account for charges we were not using!

We were greeted immediately as we entered the store and were politely informed there was a wait. We were there for one phone upgrade but were informed another upgrade was available with a significant rebate so we got that one as well, both with accessory kits. The service was amazing, the associate was very personable and attentive. I have never had such a fun experience shopping for a phone.

The manager of this location, Shawn Anderson, was super helpful and knowledgeable. He made our new phone and accessories shopping very pleasant. He transfered all my phone's

apps from my old phone perfectly. I highly recommend everyone to stopby at this location and request to work with Shawn Anderson.

Great to experience from end to end. I had a ‘SIM card’ failure notification which kept interrupting my service. Manny swapped out my SIM card and I was on my way in no time at all. Highly recommend this location!

Anness has gone above and beyond! He’s a true testament to great customer service. From initially helping me establish a business plan for phone and tablet, to helping resolve a billing issue, and always being responsive to questions I’ve had. I definitely recommend if you appreciate excellent communication!

I needed a new phone today and was not thrilled about having to buy a new phone. But Seth was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made the experience as easy as possible. I appreciated his help today.

Seth was great, very professional and very handsome lol. He helped me switch over from T-mobile and helped me get a new phone. The process was quick and easy, he even saved me a bit of money. I’m glad I made the switch.

My phone hasn’t been working right and walked in the Verizon store where I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Scott. He was extremely nice and I had several questions for him which he answer each one with a smile. I have been working for Nordstrom for over 5 years and customer service is extremely important to me and Scott has the best customer service I have ever had at a Verizon store. He helped me with my new phone and made sure everything was up to date and went over all the paper work in a very clear and understanding way. I am so happy with my new phone and my experience here at this Verizon store. If anyone is looking for a new phone go see Scott and I promise you will have the best customer service ever!!!!!

First time to this Verizon because it is close to my work, and in the last 12 years my experience here was by far my best - an authentic Verizon experience. Cory helped me out here and he went above and beyond to help me - even working past closing hours and following up the next day to make sure everything was worked out on my account. Cory proactively helped me find solutions to my monthly expenses, and I could tell he really knew his job which was so nice. This guy was an ALLSTAR, and its likely Ill be coming back just for him. Klye is outstanding! This is a one person shop, but the service is just outstanding. I went in early Tuesday morning, the young man that was there was his first or second day alone. He wasn't able to fix my problem but suggested i come back later in the day when more experienced tech would be there, I did come back later in the day and had to wait for two other clients to be completed. Klye acknowledged me right as I came into shop and informed me he would be right with me. He was able to fix my concerns without attempting to sell me anything. For sure coming back.

I went in at 9:30 am and got immediate service from Christian. He understood my dilemma and helped me out with customer service and then we spoke about adding more phones and I was impressed with his knowledge and care. he did not try to over sell but was there to help me leave with a new phone and a smile, which I did.

Excellent customer service! Cori was helpful, patient, professional and solved the issues I was having trying to switch numbers on my new iPhone. I tried to get it fixed over the phone but the tech on the phone wasn’t helpful. Glad I came into the store instead and had Cori straighten out my problems.
