I am extremely thankful and grateful for the wonderful services Image Spa Md has provided me. I did a non surgical threadlift and some micro needling treatments. My results were mind blowing... Highly recommended. Not to mention how knowledgeable, caring professional and very talented the staff is.

Image Spa MD Encinitas is a great place to escape to! You can get any and all services you have ever dreamed of. The facials are wonderful! The staff is friendly, caring and extremely helpful with recommending the best treatments for your skin types. I highly recommend Image Spa MD for anyone looking for services from body wraps, to botox, to laser treatments to facials. They have it all and at affordable prices.

This is a shady company!!!! I went to buy a gift card from them over the phone since I live in the OC. I thought everything was good until they called to tell me my card didn’t go through and they needed another card. However I knew my card went through because I saw the money come out of my bank. They then proceeded to tell me they kept charging it and it declined each time. Turns out, they charged me 6x for that one gift card. However when I told the manager what happened he basically called me a liar and told me I was crazy and there was no proof on their end. So funny when you see your bank statement with all the proof. I am currently in the middle of trying to get my money back. Do not do business with this company!!!!

I recently had an IPL done here. I literally saw no results at all. I have done several over the years, always with amazing results. There was no peppering, nothing. I had purchased an additional 3 IPL treatments at that time. I have called for 3 weeks and have had no response at all. They are reviewing whether or not they will give me my money back...for services I haven't even used. No one calls you back. No one knows what it going on. Plan on filing a claim with the BBB. Stay away!

In November I got Botox for the firs time here. What ever they did caused my right eye to droop for almost 2 whole months. I looked like a freak. I had to go on vacation, Christmas parties, Corporate parties all of the holidays I was unable to take any photos. I went back 2 weeks after I had it done and they gave me a script for $80 eyedrops that I had to guy buy, and still nothing. Finally they told me I would have to wait it out. I asked for a refund and they have literally ignored my letters and calls. My lips came out good but was so not worth looking like the guy from goonies for 2 months - during the holidays. Wish they would have done right by me. Super sucked

Extremely disappointed with their hiring process. Interviewed by 3 different people over the course of a month. I would call and write emails to the manager and HR in regards to my application status with no responses. Don’t waste your time applying here you’ll never get a response.
