Five stars all around. A super organized and neat store with a great selection of pots and the like. John was an absolute pleasure to work with and he ensured that I got exactly the pots that I needed. He went above and beyond to be warm, welcoming, and helpful.

Definitely come in when they have sales going on, otherwise you’ll be paying a very pretty penny here. But the quality is unbeatable!

Great service and amazing product. Dani helped me through the process of picking the right Dutch oven based on my needs, very knowledgeable young woman.

She was able to answer all my question and gave me great recommendations for utensils that I ended up adding to my purchase today. Thank you again looking forward to using them!!

This is my first at this store in Carlsbad and the manager leslye was very nice. She help me with my returns. And she explain about everything what i need to know about the stainless steel pan. I will go again to this store. I'm satisfied.

I love this store! I went for the first time last weekend to buy my boyfriend a Christmas gift. I will admit, I was a little intimidated at first because the store is so beautiful and I didn’t want to touch/break anything lol. But Cynthia and her teammates made me feel so comfortable that I ended up buying more than I had anticipated!

All in all, the staff and my experience was great and my boyfriend won’t cook in anything else besides his Le Creuset braiser!

Great service, and friendly staff. On a whim, I dropped-in, not needing their signature enamel cookware, but rather, an odd kitchen gadget I'd had no luck finding locally... A simple old gravy fat skimmer. Most clerks don't even know what I'm talking about when I ask.

The guy here did, and said, "Sure we do!"

I was so delighted, and the woman next to me said, "I've been looking for one for a long time, too. Do you have a second?" He did, and she left as happy as I did.

Staff was very friendly. Store is well organized and prices and sales are labeled. They did have some limited edition items, but in general they have many pots, pans, baking items and etc...

This is absolutely the place you want to go to for the highest quality cookware. Their triple stainless steel fry pan is the absolute best I've ever used.
