Oh my gosh... I love this store. I never thought I'd fit back into a pair of Levis again. Grew up wearing them and have always loved the fit. Jess was so amazing at assisting me in finding my perfect pairs! She was patient and gave me encouragement while I found the right fit too. Thank you!!

Destiny at the Carlsbad outlet was absolutely wonderful! She approached me and my daughter, I needed some help for daughter's size in Levi's size she was so helpful and we got done so quickly. I bougth a pair of jeans today, got home and checked my reciept and found out i got charge for a higher price than what it is on the tag. I immediately called and asked Ashley (who took my call) if she can do something about it without me having to go back to the store. She took my info and said they will call me back once the manager comes back from her lunch. I tought they will no longer call me but Jennifer (manager)did and help me get a refund OTP. Also the guy who helped me at the checkout counter was very informative about the promotions they have. Even sign me up to get additional discout.

Not that many specials for it being an outlet. I think Macy's might have better deals. The customer service was great. The workers keep it nice and organized.

Decent sales and wide selection. I usually have a hard time finding jeans my size in stock, but I was easily able to find my size in most of the styles.

I love this outlet Levi's store is my favorite super great pricing was amazed when checking out I saved more than expected. I definitely reccomend shopping here if your looking for a great deal.

Walked in for a return and got amazing service , I wish I got the names of the staff working that day . But they were awesome, so friendly and attentive!

They have just about everything you need. The employee that rang me up was nice and polite. It's what I would expect from an outlet store!
