I’ve always had great experiences at Lucky, but the customer service at this location really blew me away. Angeli was so sweet and fun, and made my mother and I feel so welcome and comfortable asking questions and seeking help. She was also sure to explain all the sales and promotions that were going on at the time, and we made out like bandits! Will definitely be back soon!

I really like how the clothes fit on me. I am a pretty regular sized person and often have trouble with the right clothes on me. Lucky brand offers some current casual type clothing that fits my style. Also, in every store I have been in the staff have really been helpful. I am also kind of a dorky single guy, so it helps to get a woman's opinion.

Lucky outlet in Carlsbad has such wonderful deals! I got. $500 leather moto jacket for $139!!! Plus, met things on sale were 50% off. Please go there to see the wonderful deals!!

There was only one employee there but she still managed to be attentive to all three customers' needs. Clean, organized store as well. Great store.
