I dont own an iPhone or anything Apple. Took my nephew to get new air pods since he is an apple user. Great place. Great service and very clean lots of inventory to choose from

I went to buy an Apple Watch and I went up to one of the workers and asked for one and they placed the order right away. While we were waiting for someone to bring watch the worker was social so then it wasn’t boring or awkward waiting and then paying went really quick.

Both Andrew and Nate, Went above and beyond in helping me with my new iPhone 14pro max, I've only had the phone for a month and it has a serious glitching issue, They ran a few Diagnostic, that showed nothing peculiar, but a little more digging they found the problem, made me feel less like I was crazy and operator Error on my part, Both Men worked hard is solving my issue, and look forward to getting my phone. Thank you Both so very much in believing in my issues!

My new iPhone is great! I got the brand new iPhone 15 pro max! The service was beautiful and I didn’t even have to wait in a line to check out!

Very busy. Had to get new iPad and was shown how to put all my items in it since I'm very tech poor at my advanced age. Was helped all thru process which helped a lot and learned new things. Was well worth coming in store for help.

first time ever going to the store. I barely got in the door, and I had a Apple representative immediately approach me. And took care of my iPhone that needed a new battery promptly. I also loved the wide open concept of the store. The customer service is above and beyond, any of my expectations. Thank you very much as I really did appreciate that.!

Had a great experience at Apple today! Came in for an iPad and Gene (Jean?) was extremely helpful! He was able to answer my questions and was very personable. He made the whole process easier. Just wanted to send some kudos!

Ahmed was SO helpful. Like, give him a raise, ten thousand gold stars, he made everything better. Even though I was cranky and impatient, Ahmed explained things he showed me how to use the tech... best store associate EVER.

So when I walked in the store, I asked for help- the website says to come into the store to reset you apple id password on a device if you dont have access to your own apple device. I had to use an iPad for online classes and forgot to log out of it before I sent it back, my university was going to charge me $500 for the cost of the iPad for not logging out. I used it twice the whole program- no clue what my password is. Naturally I come into the store in a not so great mood. The girl who greeted us refused to help us, wouldn't help me find the support app, wouldn't answer a single question, made the whole experience a massive bummer, "you're welcome to use a store device but there's nothing I can do"..... in came Ahmed- patient, helpful, white-knight style- explained the recovery process and showed us how to do the rest of the process FROM HOME. Ahmed- huge kuddos to you for making this interaction positive. Keep up the good work!!!

This past trip to the Apple Store was impressive. I came in about 7:30p, was greeted properly and was assisted appropriately. Due to a short wait time, I stayed to talk with someone at the Genius Bar regarding a battery issue with my iPhone 12 Pro. I was matched with Emily and I was thoroughly impressed! From the kindness to the professionalism, Emily had experienced knowledge of how to troubleshoot my issue. I got solid feedback and felt that I was well cared for. This is what customer service is about! Felt compelled to write this review because this kind of thing should be recognized and not go unnoticed. The gentleman at the front deserves recognition too (wish I had his name!). Great job at representing a brand appropriately and just being awesome humans, ultimately. Thank you!!!

Excellent products and staff here. Wait can be very LONG, even with appointment. WiFi works in outdoor courtyard so that helps. Genius Bar is always booked up. Make appt online.

Beautiful and busy location. One of the employees helped us figure out what kind of apple airpods would be a good fit.

Like all Apple stores, this one bustles with customers, so make an appointment. I'm always impressed by how knowledgeable the associates are and how passionate they are about Apple products. Like me!

Great store. A convenient location for people that live up North.

Wanted to get my beats buds repaired with my apple care warranty, they said it had to go out to a specialist to get repaired. I got it back in the mail a week later and still had same issue. I took it back and they resent it out again to get repaired, when it returned it had the same issue and apple took care of me by replacing with new ones and better ones then i had. If the 3rd party repair shop got a review i would give them a -5 because they said it had a note inside box but clearly was nothing but a receipt. Thank you Apple Manager at Alderwood Mall. I was mad i had to come back again, but he made it right again by replacing ones i had with new better ones.

I have to drive 1 hour. It’d be nice if there was one closer to home but this’ll do💻

On 03/31/2023, my wife and I visited the Lynwood, WA Apple Store to inquire about a battery replacement for my old iPhone 6S Plus iPhone, but ended up purchasing a new model 12 instead. On our making that decision, Eric handed me over to Mustafa to transfer data from my old iPhone to the new. Both were courteous and competent, but Tafa, as the latter is called, was particularly patient and charming in dealing with us and getting me set with my new device.

Went in with an appointment already made online. We were checked in immediately upon entry, and only waited 10 minutes. Ipad issue resolved. Great experience.
